Very fast, accommodating, respectful. If I’d had a bigger truck, they’ve been done in less than two hours. However, we had to wait for my daughter to arrive with a trailer on the back of her car. And they were still done within the two hour time period. Highly recommend.

MBK Moving & Hauling did a great job loading our household good items. They were professional and considerate throughout the entire process.

Joey and Rich were wonderful!! They were considerate about updating me on when they planned to arrive, which was appreciated. I had a lot to move and they were quick and efficient, and got things up a challenging set of stairs. I extended the time by an hour, and they were happy to stay and get the job done. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat!

I spoke with Hire a Helper in advance of our day to ask about how many hours we would need to book. Based on what I told the representative we wanted moved, he advised me to stick with the initial 2 hours we had booked and told me that the providers would be available for at least a two-hour window beyond that, if we needed it. We were scheduled for an 8 -9 am window for arrival, and we got a call at 9 am that "GPS said" they would be arriving at 10:15. When they looked at our aspirational load of stuff to be moved either to the POD or the garage, they told me that I had a lot of very heavy furniture, and that they were unable to provide us with any extra time. The Helpers worked with my prioritized list for the two-hour window, and put many boxes and furniture into the POD. However, they remarked that I was getting a lot of "free service" because I should have been charged differently-- though I was in fact willing to pay them for additional hours and we didn't have any items on the "heavy" list. After they left, we repacked a good portion of the POD because the stacks of boxes were crushed and poorly supported or protected by walls.

These guys were fantastic at helping us move our stuff in from our truck into our home. They really knew how to get large furniture into a narrow hallway or stairway and into the rooms we intended. They were very polite and worked quickly to unload our large 20' truck inside the 2 hours we bought. I'd highly recommend them!

These guys worked really hard to get all our furniture in safely and without damaging either the apartment or the furniture. They were fast and worked quickly to finish the job in time. I highly recommend them!

I used Sebastian Moving Baltimore to unload a 26' Uhaul truck into our new house. They were timely, friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to be with. They were energetic, hard-working, and had excellent strength and stamina, yet were very careful with our stuff and our walls. They were efficient, skilled, and experienced, both individually and as a team. I particularly appreciated how orderly and thoughtful they were, both in the process of taking things off the truck and in the particular way they positioned them in the house. It was a huge help. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Movers were on time , polite and respectful . They worked hard and did a good job moving furniture to the truck and loading the truck. Management also was very nice and willing to help. The only drawback was the movers thought the job was finished and left a half an hour early. This was due to a misunderstanding. I was so please I would use the again. They were a real help.

Domenic and Chesney were awesome. We were cleaning out the final belongings of our MD home to move to FL. It involved lots of boxes and miscellaneous stuff, including a few pieces of furniture from our basement up to a 17' box truck. Domenic was the muscle man, while Chesney pretty much stayed in the truck and loaded the boxes. The truck was packed efficiently, nothing shifted during the drive down to FL. Both young men were very polite and respectful of our things. We would definitely use them again, however, we don't anticipate ever being back in MD as residents. We do, however, highly recommend them and the entire concept of Hire-A-Helper. We liked it so much, in fact, that once we arrived in FL, we called again to arrange for help down here. Again, it was a very positive experience. Great job!

I did three weeks of research from eight competing moving companies. Unless you move alot it is difficult to estimate the actual time it takes to move. Most companies will be happy to give you an estimate based upon best guestimates knowing you will have to pay for for actual time. You pay for your inaccuracy. Hireahelper was an enormous help figuring out realistic time based upon specific household goods. The two helpers were on time, extremely careful, very polite and hard working. They finished a half an hour ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Samuels and Hireahelper if you want your move to be hassle-free and save money too!

The two gentlemen arrived early and were ready to work. We were moving a short distance and they were able to load all the heavy furniture from one house to another in a efficient manner. They disassembled beds and furniture as necessary and then reassembed at new house. I would recommend them. I under estimated the time and they continued to help get us moved until finished.
