The charge is only completed once your move is finished.Your card will be authorized (not charged) for the full amount 48 hours before your move. That means the payment is pending but hasn’t gone through yet. If you’re booking a last-minute move (like one scheduled for tomorrow), your card will be authorized right after booking.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel at no charge up to 48 hours before your job start time. If you cancel after that within 24 hours of your move, your Moving Service Provider will charge for 2 hours at the rate you booked. Canceling within 1 hour before the job will result in your Moving Service Provider charging you the full price of the move
