First let me start by saying the guys were super nice and professional. They also worked hard. My issue is that they don’t know how to load without damaging. I provided a boat load of blankets and plastic wrap and for some reason they thought plastic wrap will protect wood furniture from damage. It doesn’t. They certainly don’t know how to pack a container and use ratchet straps - instead they just cram it in and try to use the furniture to brace itself. Every single piece of furniture had some damage! My grandmothers antique furniture damaged. My husband’s high end desk that was a gift - ruined. My sons dresser from pottery barn that we used for all of our children and the military managed NOT to damage, large gauges in the front. They are hard workers but you MUST tell them how to load and ensure they follow your instructions. Or hire someone that is an actual professional mover. I have been in military for 20 years and they were by the far the most unskilled movers ever. And that is saying a lot. I would NOT hire them to touch any of my furniture. Again, they were super nice and worked hard (I.e. No unnecessary breaks) so maybe just have them load boxes or unload but loading furniture in a truck or container is a no go.

Wow - these guys showed up ready to work and didn't stop until their time was up. They almost went faster than we had stuff ready - so lesson learned, they aren't messing around. Definitely have enough for them to do because you will get your money's worth. I will definitely use them again - wish they could help me at delivery but that is not local! They were careful, didn't damage the house or property, or the boxes/furniture as they moved it. Helped us wrap furniture and load POD. Great job all around.

I hired two people for unpacking a 20 ft truck who both showed up within the agreed upon time frame. These guys did a great job! Apparently one the 4 movers I hired canceled the day of, but I would never had known it if they didn't tell me. They found an additional mover who was able to come to my residence and join them 10 minutes after our scheduled start time. All four gentlemen unloaded 2 PODS on one of the hottest days of the year and did a great job. They took care to not damage my property or walls of my home and took the time to listen to where I wanted to have my items placed. I would recommend them to anyone!
