This was the second time that I used Step byStep Logistics and they continued to impress me with their skill and knowledge of packing Pods. They arrived early and were ready to go right away. They worked hard to get the job done and met and exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend them for your go to people when you’re looking for help with packing your Pods.

I am beyond impressed with how tightly they loaded my POD! Alex and his crew worked quickly and carefully, loading FAR more than we had imagined possible on this first day, putting us ahead of schedule. (We have a second POD coming as well, but needed space to work so we split the delivery dates up.) We thought we would have a few days to load some more boxes into this first one, but it is completely full, floor to ceiling. Very efficient!

Despite some confusion on the # of pods to fill, the team that arrived was on time and very helpful, they called in reinforcements and loaded both pods efficiently and took very good care of our possessions. Thank you to AJ moving

The gentlemen, Alex, Mike and Sam, were on time, had the necessary equipment for the job and were ready to go. When they arrived, we did a quick overview of the work needed, then off they went. They worked hard, non-stop except when I stopped them to bring them something cold to drink, even though they told me they brought their own. They put the boxes where they needed to go and furniture where I asked the pieces to be placed. They did NO DAMAGE, which isn’t something I can say about movers I’ve used in the past. They were patient with me, and respectful of me and our home. The next time I need assistance, or any one I know needs moving labor help, they will be the only people to call.

Kendal & Dave were awesome, very accommodating with a last minute change of sites and times. They both are very professional, handled and moved all my items with care. Highly recommend using them and this group. Thank you

Alex, Tony, and Mike are an excellent team! They are extremely professional, helpful, courteous, and overall pleasant in helping us move into our new home. These three guys offered a top notch service and every time we were carrying something on our own they offered to help or took over to make sure we were ok. I highly recommend them. And if we need to do some more unloading in the future I would definitely call them again.

Adrian and Jim were so quick and helpful! They did our two hour unloading in one hour and they carried stuff very carefully/considerately. We couldn’t have done it without them!!
