Step by Step Logistics were fantastic to work with. Alex and his partner were extremely professional, and ensured my items were placed in the appropriate areas. They did not break or damage any of my items. The team offered superior service and got the job done in record timing. They also assembled my furniture relieving undue stress on me. I would highly recommend them and I plan to select Step by Step Logistics for my next move in the DMV area.

The team was professional, courteous, responsive, and accepted direction without problem. We will use them again when we look to move things from the pod back into the house.

They got to our place earlier, before there window time which was good because we have other people coming to drop off things. They were prepared. They worked hard it took them less than an hour and 20 minutes to move everything out of our truck. They were very efficient. Would definitely recommend and use again for another move.

Mike and Tim were prompt and so polite. Overall, they did an AMAZING job. The care and quality of how they packed our items was superb. It was almost as though they were packing their own belongings. At first, I was concerned that the POD would not be large enough since I ordered the smallest size. Mike evaluated what I planned to store, and he told me the items would fill only half the POD! I was shocked. We are selling our home, and we needed to empty our garage as much as possible. Initially, I had not planned to load the POD with any of the items in our garage, assuming none of it would fit. Some items were not in boxes. Nonetheless, Mike and Tim managed to store almost every item from golf clubs to holiday decorations. One example of Mike and Tim's commitment to quality was after they had loaded all I originally identified and items from the garage. I was now looking for additional items to store in the POD, which were stored in our basement. One item was highly meaningful and treasured by me: my childhood toybox. It was handmade for me (professionally),and all three of my adult children want it. However, all the blankets I purchased were already used. That did not deter Mike. Since we are moving, I had many large corrugated cardboard boxes also stored in our basement, and Mike immediately assured me that he could use a few of those to protect the toybox. You do not find that level of resourcefulness and commitment to quality often. In the end, about 10% of the POD remained empty. This is an amazing testament to Mike and Tim's packing skills. I give Mike and Tim a 5 star review for quality, professionalism, experience, and overall service. I would absolutely use their services again.

The guys from Moving with Pride were late, but when they arrived, they worked hard and fast and were very careful with our furniture. I would use them again.

Let me be clear: The movers were great, friendly, and very good at their job. They could move very heavy and large items with ease and fit them through very small spaces. Movers: 5/5 stars. This lower rating is a review of the owner of the business. I paid for 3 movers and 3 hours. To my surprise, with no warning, 2 movers showed up. Also the move was put off almost 3 hours due to “rain” where the owner was, but it wasn’t raining UNTIL they arrived where the items actually had to be picked up. The move ended up taking 2 extra hours. No big deal, it was a challenging move. But the owner starts harassing me with calls as soon as the move ends. Trying to charge me for not 2 but 3 extra hours, and at a rate of 3 movers instead of 2. He then lies about the rate for 2 movers and tries to over charge for that. Then he claimed the truck+3 movers fee was the same as truck+2 movers. I also explained I paid for 3 hours at a 3 mover rate and would be deducting that from the overall bill. As he got more and more frustrated with me and kept trying to con me, I hung up and called hire a helper to intervene. Suddenly, my bill was about ~$300 cheaper. Again: Movers 5/5 Owner 2-3/5 I’d recommend them for a move for sure. but be careful of shady business practices by the owner.

Great job at a great price. The two movers were really nice and professional. Did an excellent job of wrapping the furniture for storage in a Pod (I supplied the materials because we will not be completing the move just yet). They also arranged everything so it would be safe when moved in the Pod. Highly recommend!
