The movers did a great job. They showed up early and got to work immediately. They were organized and split up to attack the job quickly. The move out date was in June and it was a hot day. The guys worked hard and only took a few well deserved breaks. They wrapped all furniture inside the house before moving it to the truck. The truck was packed strategically top to bottom and was completely filled at the end. I would use them again.

Overall in any move things get damaged somehow. In my case I had 4 guys come and help. It was an extremely hot day. They worked quickly. The problems came after the move into new location. A brand new piece of furniture was broken. They all said they didn’t do it. I had a witness and somewhere between putting it on the truck and arriving in the new place it got a knee sized hole in the bottom. To get to bottom of it I had to speak with a manager, his worker put him on speaker phone and the guy started saying something to the effect of what’s up with this lady in a not so nice tone. I quickly told him I could hear him. He changed his tone but I wonder what he would have said had he still not known I was listening. The manager wanted me to release payment and gave me some story of we can work it out after you pay. He kept demanding payment. I felt like they couldn’t care about customer service just payment. It took over 45 minutes to resolve this issue. All the while the movers waited.. finally a resolution. I believe this company could do better with a different manager. I believe the workers have high potential and if given correct supervision, the business would thrive.
