Hire Movers inStone Ridge, VA

The movers did a great job. They showed up early and got to work immediately. They were organized and split up to attack the job quickly. The move out date was in June and it was a hot day. The guys worked hard and only took a few well deserved breaks. They wrapped all furniture inside the house before moving it to the truck. The truck was packed strategically top to bottom and was completely filled at the end. I would use them again.

Movers were awesome and they knew exactly how to pack the things in the POD to save space, I was worried that the POD I ordered may not fit everything but to my surprise they packed so well that I still have space for adding more items

Very professional crew. I hired this crew after a bad experience with another company not associated with HireAHelper. I was very pleased!

Moonlight Movers sent a good group of guys to help! They did arrive late, though they kept me updated with what was going on so I wasn't left hanging. As soon as they arrived they started and made quick work of the job! I budgeted for 5 hours and they got it done in 3.5. Definitely would use these guys again!

Anthony and his crew were amazing! The pod company dumped the pod across the street and they had a difficult time opening the pod door. No complaints from any of them. They hoisted all our belongings up the 3 flights of stairs to our living room and up another two flights to our bedrooms. Very professional and fast! I’d absolutely use them again!

The team was one short but they did an efficient/fast unload! Would use them again for future moves.

The two guys who arrived were on time, got right to the unloading. They were done in an hour - and although the minimum was 2 hours, it was well worth the cost. They were careful with my belongings, even in the rain. They even put the boxes where I could access them and makes unpacking easier. I would recommend this team!

We hired two gentlemen to help with loading a POD and they managed to load all of the biggest items in 4 hours. We have a 5 bedroom home. They did fast, professional, and impressive work. We provided the blankets, they brought everything else and filled every nook and cranny available in our pod! We’re going to hire them again to help us unload. Amazing work thank you!

Safety Movers & Maid Service were fantastic! They showed up right on time and were ready to get right to work. They were fast & efficient and careful to protect and secure our furniture while moving. We would definitely use them again!

Overall in any move things get damaged somehow. In my case I had 4 guys come and help. It was an extremely hot day. They worked quickly. The problems came after the move into new location. A brand new piece of furniture was broken. They all said they didn’t do it. I had a witness and somewhere between putting it on the truck and arriving in the new place it got a knee sized hole in the bottom. To get to bottom of it I had to speak with a manager, his worker put him on speaker phone and the guy started saying something to the effect of what’s up with this lady in a not so nice tone. I quickly told him I could hear him. He changed his tone but I wonder what he would have said had he still not known I was listening. The manager wanted me to release payment and gave me some story of we can work it out after you pay. He kept demanding payment. I felt like they couldn’t care about customer service just payment. It took over 45 minutes to resolve this issue. All the while the movers waited.. finally a resolution. I believe this company could do better with a different manager. I believe the workers have high potential and if given correct supervision, the business would thrive.
