They showed up on time and were very careful with our belongings and to not scratch the walls. They were very helpful! Great prices too. I'd use them again.

They arrived a few minutes late but did call first to let us know they were on their way. They were prepared for the job although they spent a lot of time deciding what items to carry out instead of making a plan first. They worked very hard and we were thankful to have someone move our furniture down our third floor walk up. They were respectful of our property and things. I would not use them again due to the fact that next time I use movers we will be looking for a more professional service to move an entire house(not apt). My only disappointment was that the men were not wearing masks to comply with COVID- nor did they ask if we were comfortable with them not complying with government regulations. Under different circumstances I would have asked them to leave or put a mask on, but we needed service that day and couldn’t postpone the move any longer as our moving truck had to be returned the same day.

They were perfect! Really great service and very friendly gentlemen. I will definitely use the service again. Thank you again!

First crew came out on time and started loading, but one of the workers twisted his ankle and had to go to the hospital to get it X-rayed. A second crew was sent out and arrived about an hour later. They worked very hard and not only moved our heavy belongings with care, but also organized them very well inside the truck so that everything fit. They were very responsive and quick to send out a new team. Thank you very much.

Please know r helpers John and Kay did a fantastic job! They never complained not once. I am slow going up the steps and they were very polite and respectful of my disability. They r hard workers and deserve to be recognized for this.

The crew was three college boys. They were on time, very personable and worked hard. I do think that the company should send one more experienced packer. We had three things damaged which I believe was due to the way they were placed in the truck. A tighter packing may have helped. Hire a helper is very responsive to my call about the items. I would still recommend them snd use them again.

Guys were patient, friendly and hard working. They kept in touch morning of move about arrival time. You will not be disappointed.

I have been debating on writing a review on my moving services. The guys worked hard with no breaks - for 4 hours. So they get an A+ for that. Some of my good furniture was damaged pretty badly and I am going to have to hire a professional to repair it. That makes me sad. They did not pack things in the truck very well. I will let it go at that. I don't know if I would hire them again.

Erick, Steven and CJ were great. Professional and friendly demeanor. They handled everything carefully- as if it were their own. They were efficient, but didn't cut corners - e.g they moved items into place and set up items I needed assembled. They did arrive a little late, but I was at the end of the day and they also called to let me know. I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

Pretty close to on time arriival. Efficiency in packing and unpacking was very good. I highly recommend them for a move of this nature.

The two gentlemen that arrived where very respectful. They worked very hard and got the job done in the time frame we envisioned. They would ask for a break and ensured that furniture being moved was not damaged. Dylan and Jesse made sure that the truck was packed tightly so when in route to new home, nothing would be damaged. When they were finished, they cleaned out the truck. I highly recommend this company and request these two gentlemen. you won't regret it.

I used this moving company to move to a new apartment about an hour away from my old apartment. The move went well for me. I had 3 guys and a truck for my move. I went from a 2nd floor apartment to a 3rd floor apartment, and I have heavy, solid-wood furniture, so I knew it wasn't going to be too easy on the movers. The movers were professional about the move, and did not complain about the move at all. The movers arrived and got to work right away while I showed them what was to be moved, and they continued to work hard for the duration of the move. They also were careful with my furniture and were careful not to hit walls, which I appreciated. A few pieces of furniture did arrive with some new scratches, but for the narrow stairwell that they had to work with at my new apartment, and the size/weight of the furniture, I think minimal damage is acceptable. The only problem that was encounted on the move was due to the truck. I received a call the day before the move where the driver told me that the mirror had been damaged on the truck, and he could not use the truck that he had. He asked me if it would be okay if he were a few hours late to get his truck fixed, and I agreed. He then called me again (on the day of the move) to tell me that he was going to be later than he expected because he was still waiting on his truck. It was fine with me because my schedule was flexible that day anyway. The movers did show up at about 3pm (had scheduled them to be at my apartment at 9am before the truck mirror problem) and worked very hard to get the job done. I did not mind the problem with the truck because the driver kept me updated, and he was doing what he could to get a useable truck to my apartment as soon as possible. For the price that they charged, and the work that was performed, I would use this company again.
