From the moment they arrived, it was clear I was in the hands of professionals who care deeply about doing a great job. The team was punctual, respectful, and incredibly efficient. They treated every item, big or small, with care and attention, wrapping and moving things like they were handling their own belongings. What really impressed me was how organized and calm they were, they navigated everything flawlessly. Absolutely thrilled with the service we got from We Move. They contacted me well beforehand that the movers were going to be a couple of hours late due to the previous move going on for longer than expected. However, they showed up exactly at the new time I was given and again, it was really helpful to have this communicated to us in advanced. Andrew and Jack were outstanding helpers, making sure to first know which items were going and then ultimately taking great care of them. They were quick, hard-working, and very efficient, packing the truck in the most optimal way so that we could even pack some miscellaneous items we were not expecting to fit in the truck originally. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend We Move!

Hard workers! Carry two boxes at a time.

This was my first time using HireAHelper. Based on the amount of stuff we had to move up to a third floor apartment, we hired two helpers for three hours. This company had great reviews so we decided to go with them. The two men who came to help were friendly, but seemed pretty rushed and could have been more careful with the items. We ended up doing a lot of unpacking from the truck and ferrying items ourselves. Despite the information on the website, the helpers did not bring any of their own moving equipment. They also had young children with them who were helping to carry things, which seemed a bit strange and raised concerns about the care being taken with the items. The company’s employees twice recommended we hire a third helper to complete the job, however they finished the work after two hours (because we had four other people chipping in) and there’s no way we would have needed another person. It’s disappointing that this company doesn’t offer refunds for hours not used, and that HireAHelper charges such a high service fee. Not sure I would use this service or company again.

They showed up on time. Worked very diligently and finished when expected. Price was what was quoted. No additional charges. I would highly recommend.

The workers were 5 Stars Plus. They were at the door on the hour that they were scheduled for and did an amazing job. My only problem was with the company. I didn’t know how long it was going to take. I booked 3 hours but it took exactly 2 hours. I called the company and was told that they don’t refund for extra time not used. When I booked it, the person told me that they would charge me only for the time used. So, I paid an extra $149.00 Very frustrating! If you use them, book the minimum time available.

Chaz & Crew did an outstanding job for us. We had a bunch of heavy stuff to move out of a big van into our house. They took careful note of our directions and offered several great suggestions, all with a pleasant can-do attitude. Did I mention they were precisely on time and very efficient too?
