The service is good, they arrived on time and organized well. I don’t like HireAHelper agent charged $60 protection fee, it should be a option instead of mandatory.

Had a crew of four wonderful gentlemen who loaded my two 16 foot PODs in three and a half hours. I’m going to request the same crew to unload the PODs when they are delivered to my new house. They were very flexible with scheduling, I had to postpone the first date, and ask them to come later the day before the second date. They arrived at the requested time with the tie down straps we had agreed they would provide. They were very personable and easy to work with, from scheduling to loading. We walked through what needed to be loaded before they started, and they had me confirm all items were removed from the house and packed as I desired. Everything was handled with care, especially my fragile items, even wrapping some better than I had initially packed them. There was no damage done to walls, floors, or items. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing moving assistance.

Sully and Harvey were fabulous loading our pod! They were quick and efficient and made sure that all our belongings fit. I would definitely recommend their service for your loading and unloading needs.

The crew was wonderful, so fast, helpful, efficient, and friendly. They were on time and called beforehand to let us know they were a few minutes away. They packed the POD efficiently (heavy items on bottom, lighter on top). We highly recommend them for moving services and would use them again.

Excellent movers. Arrived on time and did not stop until the job was done. Took excellent care of our furniture and the team was entirely Covid 19 compliant right down to their masks and gloves. Kudos for such a great team.

H&M Movers did a great job! I hired them to unpack a PackRat long distance moving container. They called about 30 minutes before they arrived. They were on time. They were fast and very careful with the furniture. They were very pleasant and helpful with furniture setup. I didn’t need any extra time but they were available to stay if needed. I would definitely use them again.

Wonderful service - the men were on time, professional and friendly. They worked carefully and efficiently, and moved everything we asked them to without any hesitation, even things that were hard to get to and hard to maneuver. They were also very understanding about our dog's enthusiasm to greet them! We would definately use them again and recoommend them to others.

Top shelf called and said they would be ten min. late. They had to carry a double dresser & chest of drawers up a wrap-a- round staircase. They were hard workers, Didn't touch walls with furniture. I would use them again. (One of the reasons I picked Top Shelf is there reviews getting furniture up narrow staircases.)

Overall, they did a good job. They were on time, worked hard (overall), and were careful with our house and goods. Some small feedback; they ran out of wrapping plastic midway through the job, and two of them left to buy more; while they were away (about 30-40 minutes), the other two stopped working, and they still billed us for the time. In addition, at the end of the job, they were finished loading. They spent an additional 30 minutes not loading anything, and billed us for that time as well. Finally, we had two pods, and we marked our goods for loading into the first or second pod. We also marked the pods, so it would be easy to match. Initially, they loaded goods into the wrong pods. When we let them know, they were great about correcting the problem, but lost some time. Given how big the job was and how hard and pleasantly they worked, I consider these to be minor gripes.
