I’d give 10 stars if possible!!! Prompt, courteous, efficient, careful, diligent, all the good things!!! 2nd time using, I had horrible, heavy boxes and other stuff moved multiple times and they were life savers!!!! Hire them, don’t look elsewhere!!!

They were 1 hour to early I had agreed to between 9 and 10 am. They knew what was to be moved and drove up in a to small moving rented van They said two guys but added a third and I had to pay him cash. They emptied drawers and just threw it all in a box I now have one big mess . I was not 100% ready when they got there but they knew what had to be moved and two stops, they knew this. They damaged a piece of furniture a antique china cabinet and I told them please be careful is precious's to me. they broke the key nowI I have one door open and one locked and can't get in it. Very, very upset about this. One cup of a antique cocoa set that came on a ship from England in the late 1800;s got broken. They took the stuff to one stop and said they have to come back for the second stop. I can't pay a double moving tine. The three workers ere polite and very nice but I am not very happy with the outcome and very upset over the broken and damaged items. I have upgraded my stars as they did make good on a damaged lock. The repair was done quickly and by a very nice, very competent repair man. I would consider using this company and the movers again .I very rarely give a 5 star rating but these guys were very nice and competent

Extremely thoughtful of my belongings. Wrapped everything to protect my furniture. They went above and beyond. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone.

They worked hard, were efficient and conscientious. I was surprised how much they were able to fit in the pod by careful packing. They were polite and respectful. It did take longer than the the initially agreed on amount of time, but worth it for the amount of work that was accomplished.

Great want them to return soon

The guys were very nice and did the whole job in the dark, and they were quick and very good about helping move or existing furniture out of the way, and brought things wherever we needed them to. Only downside is they were about an hour late, but everything got done, so we were happy.

George and Elijah did a fantastic job. They were dropped off on time, pick up was delayed. They worked very hard, quickly and efficiently. They indulged me going through my momentoes as they were trying to load with great patience. Had great conversation on our trip back. I would definitely recommend them.

ASAP provided and excellent service, especially given the context of the service. ASAP was providing last minute backup service due to the failures of marketing organization that subcontracts with them. That organization, Hire A Helper, was unprofessional, unresponsive and initially provided services that were never on time, never properly equipped. They and their first chosen subcontractor Affordable Moving should be avoided at all costs. Thanks ASAP

They worked hard and were very efficient in fitting things in the POD! I appreciated their politeness and respectfulness!

We were very pleased with their service. They did a good job packing and putting on our Pod. We should have booked more time because they had to leave for another job but they did their best to get the heaviest pieces on. We underestinated but that was our fault. We would use them again.

I was very happy with the men from Q's Moving Corp. They arrived on time, went right to work, and were extra careful with my family heirlooms. They also made sure to pack my POD so that every available space was utilized while ensuring that nothing would be damaged. I will definitely use them again!
