A plus deserves their name—they were accommodating, on time, and efficient and got my move done under the 2 hour time limit. They treated everything with great care and even put together an antique dresser and mirror for me. Couldn’t be more pleased.

We had previously hired a packing team through Moving Staffers to load two 16-foot PODS, and it was an extremely bad experience. The original team—First Class Movers—packed everything loosely, left items unsecured, and didn’t use any tie-downs. We had to unpack and repack the back third of each POD just to make the load stable. And while doing so, we discovered broken pictures and damaged items—even though the PODS hadn’t even been moved yet. First Class Movers clearly lacked the training and care required for a job like this. I do not recommend ever using them. Ultimately, we had to order a third 16-foot POD, in part because the first two were packed so inefficiently. Realistically, we probably still would have needed another container, but likely not another full-sized one. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the time or resources to completely repack what had already been done. When the third POD arrived, David from A-Plus Moving was sent out with one other team member to pack the remaining items. What was left weren’t neat, stackable boxes, but a collection of awkward, odd-shaped pieces that required real care and problem-solving. David did a fantastic job. He took his time to puzzle everything together, tied it all down securely, and used every inch of space efficiently. The result was a tightly packed, stable load that clearly reflected his skill and professionalism. If every job came with two Davids, the process would be seamless. I’m incredibly appreciative of David’s work—he was competent, detail-oriented, and a genuinely nice person to work with.

The guys went above and beyond today and I am thrilled with their work. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional and they were a HUGE help! These guys are awesome! Danny and Steve took care of a very difficult move for me. I hired them to help me pack a POD that turned out to be much smaller than expected. But these guys are experts and made it work. In the end, we had a POD that was carefully and expertly packed. I don’t think an inch of space was wasted while everything was tight and secure. On top of all that, they were professional, polite, courteous, and called ahead of time so I knew exactly when they would arrive. I would highly recommend them if you are planning a move.

They were on time and ready to roll. They arrange the boxes like a tight fitting puzzle: a beautiful thing to see!

These guys were fast efficient and Friendly. We booked them for two hours in anticipation of packing about 50% of our 2800 square-foot home, they ended up packing about 75% in an hour and a half! They were so far ahead of us we couldn’t even keep up! They were prompt at the start of the window and worked though with little stops. Any potential decision that needed to be made, they always asked us first to ensure there would be no damage or anything like that. Would definitely recommend 10/10

The 2 men did a good job of packing, however they were not very friendly. One of the men smelled of pot when they arrived.

Early - friendly - asked knowledgeable questions - pre-staging was excellent- were safe and courteous and fun. Eric and Ron presented themselves very well. They even finished a few minutes early.

I was able to find exactly what I needed with Family and Friends moving company. We needed someone to move boxes from our Pod storage unit into the home. They added a complimentary third person no charge since they were running a little behind which worked out fine for us! The people were so friendly and very efficient. They got our stuff moved in an hour. Would definitely recommend them!
