Excellent service, courteous, and professional!

Don’t play Tetris or Jenga against these guys! We were amazed how efficiently they used the space in our POD. We actually had to find some more things for them because we never thought it all would fit. A very polite and hardworking team that probably saved me from either back surgery or a coronary. Thank you!

I am giving this review because first problem was the scheduling app. They thought they were changing time and this scheduler automatically changes the date to the next day. So they showed up on Sunday at 3 when they changed to Monday at 3. They told me they would try to get there earlier which they did, but did not notify the person that was meeting them until they were at location. They said would work Xtra to get job done. House supposed to be empty, told my fiend who asked that it was empty. The garage was not touched which I rented 16' truck and items that were supposed to be moved were not. True dumpster was full but what part of empty not understood. I paid 3 guys for 5 hrs. and willing to pay more to get job done as I was promised. This now cost me $2250 dollars partially because not empty and items in garage do not know if will be able to retrieve. I told my son and these guys that whatever he was taking had to go. Hence renting a truck which was not full! I was excited to hire these guys to get job done, but unless actually there and making sure myself was very disappointed. The major problem which could have avoided this huge mess was when they changed the time and app changed time and the day. I would suggest anyone using this app not to except the change and start over with the request.

Neil and Norman arrived 1/2 hour early. They were nice and seemed efficient in their packing. They didn't have any moving/packing supplies, ie. tape, plastic wrap, handtruck, or dolly. We needed a second pod packed and they offered to do the job directly. We agreed in order to save money. They were late and then they claimed to go to wrong address making them a total of 2 1/2 hours late. We said forget it. We went with a better company and are happy we did. We only needed packing blankets and all else was supplied. We started with the cheapest company and it shows you get what you pay for. Would not recommend them.

Moe and his coworker were timely and prepared with everything they needed for packing and moving items into the pod.. They hustled the entire time to insure we stayed within the 3 hour limit. They were personable, funny, helpful and skilled. They made everything fit perfectly into the pod like a tetris game. During a stressful time, they kept it light and fun. I highly recommend spending a little extra on this company based on the results!

Nothing but good stuff to say. Easy, polite, strong, and a sense of humor. We will be using these guys again very soon!! Saved my butt. Came through on Friday night request and ready ti go with a smile by Saturday morning!

They came got right to work and communicated with us to make sure they were storing the items where we wanted it. We reserved them for three hours and they were done in less than one hour.

Tymar and Antonio came to help me empty my house for my move. They followed all covid rules and were extremely polite. They worked hard and wrapped everything better than I expected and packed my pod and fit more then I thought would.fit. they are great guys and did not stop the entire time. I will be using them when I move and will be recommending them. Thank.you on the go moving services.

I never used this site before so I was unsure what to expect. I choose this company because I noticed out of 10 companies on the top list only about 2 had insurance. Moving The Right Way not only had insurance but by far the most reasonable, so I decided to try them out. Honestly, I couldn't ask for anything better because this crew was PERFECT! We were in touch from the time I booked with them. They arrived on time, introduced theirselves (Jay and Earl) and they looked professional (uniformed). I knew I had picked the right company. I had a full truck to unload, only booked the workers for three hours and they were done within those hours. I had many items to be assembled and the walk to my house, I say was not short but they still managed to be done in time which saved me from any additonal charges. I can keep going about this company but I think I listed the most important for anybody looking for phenomenal movers!

Guys were on time and prepared to work. They were pleasant to work with. They did an average to below average job packing the moving container. Left a lot of unused space. I'm somewhat to blame for not checking on the packing sooner. They moved some big pieces in tight spaces and hardly left a mark. For what they charged and what I got, thought they were a little pricey.But I guess your paying for the convience.
