They were on time and prepared. Some of my stuff got pretty banged up, but the really expensive stuff made the trip undamaged for the most part. I have a small wood table that was placed sideways on the street and sidewalk, badly damaging the finish. I worked with them, so we were done really fast. I think there is a bit of misunderstanding between hire-a-helper and the moving companies. The hours and people allotted for my move were based on my move being from one apartment to another apartment, so not a lot of stuff. But someone at Q's Moving called and said I had too much stuff and too many stairs so the move would probably last 6 hours and need 3 men. I think they need to sort out that aspect a bit better because my budget was based on the 2+ hours estimated by Hire-a-Helper. Being told it could be as many as 6 hours was discouraging and frustrating.

They were great. They were on time, polite, careful, and fast. The movers asked each time which room the boxes or furniture should go to, so there was no confusion. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

I needed moving labor help with a COI. John was able to get it for us in less than a day. The guys for help came in at promised time and were pretty good with their job. I would recommend them.

Our truck load could't have been better. Dwight & Jason were excellent, on time, and took the care required to move/pack our things. They loaded and braced the contents within the truck such that no damage whatsoever occurred during transport. I would hire these two men (and company) again for any moving need.
