The movers did a good job and handled getting a lot of furniture up a 3rd story walk up with a relatively narrow staircase/halls. I wasn’t sure our couch would make it, but it did! The 4 stars is because it is nearly impossible to get in contact with the actual company — I tried calling, emailing. I wanted to update the movers that we were 30 min behind several hours in advance, but I could not reach management. It would be helpful to receive better contact information.

It was raining and they took so much care to not put anything down outside so that nothing got wet and they thought to lay down a cloth to wipe their feet before entering the PODs as to not bring water into the container.
