Charles and his crew were extremely efficient and professional, truck was completely unloaded in an hour and he offered to put a table together. The table was being a pain with some small pieces and I told him to not worry about, Charles refused until the job was complete. Highly recommend them

Unfortunately my guys could not make it at the scheduled time but I was called prior to find out if a delayed arrival was acceptable. I received a call about an hour before their arrival to ensure it was still “a go”. Courteous and professional. Did everything I asked to be done.

The team worked well together and worked hard. We had very heavy items and lots of them. They were also very careful with our furniture and careful to not scratch our newly painted walls and refinished floors. Thank you, Brandon, Keon and Ronald, for all you help!!! You were outstanding

These guys were fast and efficient. They were able to do what a delivery service couldn't - navigate a large loveseat through a narrow front door without damaging or scratching. In fact, the loveseat never touched the door frame at all. I would highly recommend these guys!

The whole team was great! With the snow storm that happened this past weekend they were able to move us up from Saturday to Friday at the last minute. From the moment the team arrived they worked non-stop. They even set-up rooms for us and put the furniture back together. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them in the future if I needed to.

Very punctual. They called the night before to double check start time. They were very prepared for the job and brought everything they needed to unload my containers. They worked extremely hard and were very careful. If they weren't certain about something they asked, n0 guessing. I felt they treated my property and goods with the utmost respect. I will definitely use them again. I will certainly recommend them I was extremely satisfied with their work and wished I had hired them to load the containers. They were professional, hard working and respectful.

The crew was on time and showed up as promised. They finished the job quickly without any issues. The only downside was the guys almost seemed to be racing to get the job done and they made me a little nervous moving some of our larger or more fragile stuff.

The 3 young men who were sent to my house to help pack and move my things were quite nice and did an ok job packing and taking things out to my storage PODS. They clearly were not, however, "professional" movers. My big issue was with their bosses. I mentioned in the job description that it would be the entire house that was being packed and loaded into the PODS, and they sent their people with only 10 boxes, dollies, no furniture pads or anything else to pack my things properly. I realize part of the issue was how last minute this was set up, but trying to contact me at 8 at night the evening before asking me what supplies they should try and get is not good. This was not mentioned to me at 4 in the afternoon when the company had me on the phone. If you say you have packers, you should have a baseline list of what you have yourself on hand to do a house of whatever size. I ended up having to run to a local U-Haul to get boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, etc. I probably wouldn't use them again just because of the lack of organization in upper management. U-Haul honestly saved the day for supplies.
