Hector and his fellow helpers were fantastic. They asked what we wanted, provided their advice, and the move went very well.

Rodney and his partner at Moving Minions were amazing, and I would totally recommend them to anyone. They arrived on time, had everything they needed to do the job, and did excellent, super professional work shrink-wrapping and handling my furniture. They were super efficient, and really kind. I would totally use them again.

Great job, nice packing job

The two movers did a wonderful job of loading all my boxes and furniture in a relocube. They showed up earlier than our scheduled time, and finished the job in a very efficient way. I would recommend their service to my friends.

I have used many movers and packers before this but the professionalism, care, support, and honesty shown by H&M was incredible. They arrived on time and finished their job very quickly. During moves, there are possibilities that people might lose calm and talk harshly but these people were very calm, and polite and did not show any kind of irritation or frustration. Thanks again to the whole team of H&M. Going to reach out to you guys during my next move.

Needed help moving our stuff from a Pod to our third floor apartment, they got everything done efficiently, they were nice and everything got inside our apartment safely.

Even though they arrived one hour late (due to some unexpected illness, apparently), they apologized, and did a quick and clean job moving my belongings into a container. I highly recommend the service.

I would give more than 5 stars for Always Reliable Moving if I could. Customer service and communication with the manager, Nayquhon, was excellent, and he contacted me several times to confirm and coordinate my job. Jaquan and Mel are the absolute best at what they do and are consummate professionals. They arrived early, got to work immediately on my loading job and didn't stop until completion. They communicated constantly, worked diligently and tirelessly, and did an absolutely perfect job. Communication was excellent, the workers are phenomenal, and I give Always Reliable Moving Specialists the very highest recommendation. I am totally happy with their service!

Polite, efficient, on time and friendly.

Professional and courteous, communicated well about the job, and expertly and efficiently packed my truck.

They were a bit late, which wasn't a problem, since they came with an extra person, and with that the job was finished earlier than expected! They also took good care of my items, and nothing got damaged. My main concern is that, while at first they showed up at my door wearing masks, and I was wearing one as well, the next time they came back from the truck they were not wearing masks anymore.

Extremely satisfied with the services we received from start to finish. Received a telephone call the day that I requested their service. And then a follow up the day before the move. Rodney was extremely responsive to my questions, particularly as we were moving during the pandemic. The moving team called to state they were on their way. They were prepared for the job, reviewed what we had and got to work promptly. They worked the entire time scheduled. Very important to us was that they were respectful of our property and to us. They provided quality services and established good rapport. My friend was so impressed, she has gotten their contact information for a future move. Highly recommend!

They choose their name wisely. The move was extremely smooth. From the moment I contacted them they kept me informed about their arroval time. They even contacted me to see if they could come ahead of the snowstorm. They were punctual, prepared, friendly, and most of all moved my furniture without incident. I would definitely use them again!!

They were on time and could not have been more professional, or polite. They worked diligently the entire time and took care not to damage our goods or our home. I would defintely use Pluto Movers again should the need for their service arise.
