Hire Movers inMount Vernon, NY

The movers were on time and worked hard. However they waited until the end of the three hours to tell me that roughly 1/4 of my belongings would not fit in the POD that I had been assured was large enough. I had to scramble to get a U-Haul as I needed to empty the house before my closing that was scheduled for the same afternoon. A little more transparency would have spared me this last minute stress.

Peter and his partner did Wonderful Job moving my belongings in my POD container. Communication was great and they worked very fast. I would definitely recommend them to get the job done.

They were absolutely amazing. From start to end. They packed my full two bed room house from a moving truck to storage in 2 hours. With a smile at that. They talked us through it step by step asked for our input. Made us feel comfortable. I'm definitely gonna use them again in a few months and will be telling my friends and family about our experience. It's hard moving they definitely made it easier.

In light of POD recommendation of Hire A Helper . I would not recommend as it relates to custom satisfaction of services! Internal Policies inconsistent with external services.!

They provided great advice which allowed the process to be completed in the allotted time. Great services thanks a lot

The crew communicated with me the night before, and in the AM.They arrived, neat and clean..right on time. The 3 men were respectful both of me and my property and although I tried, I still had lots of oddball things that didn't stack in a conventional way but they didn't let it sour the day ! 3 guys showed up instead of two..good thing because I'd reserved 3 hours..it still ran significantly overtime, I feel it was due to the nuances of this job. The lead guy..whose name I am spelling phonetically was Nayquan and he packed intelligently, efficiently and compactly in the ABF Trailer I 'd rented. He squeezed my things into 16 feet ..I'd reserved 17.. this helped me pay for the extra time on the job.. It seems I had misjudged the time when booking. It was all ok for me, but although this made them run late for their next job.. they were good natured. At conclusion, I called in the job, the automated phone released their funds and told me the total . I will say I was so impressed with how this all transpired from the day I found HireAHelper that I promptly got online and booked another firm for my unloading Dec 30 in Fla.
