The movers did an outstanding job unloading our container. They handled everything carefully and were very respectful of our property. They were upbeat, friendly, and compassionate. We are seniors and appreciated that they helped us a great deal. We truly admired their professionalism and their dedication to the mission at hand. They really hustled! Meanwhile, communication was excellent. They were outstanding.!

I didn't know what to expect, I had never hired a mover online - and had no idea how it would work out. It worked out AMAZING! They showed up on time, and were very courteous. The minute they landed here, they were on task. They packed up our 15' Uhaul in less than 2 hours and took great care of my items. They were EXTREMELY friendly and an absolute joy to work with. As they packed, I kept checking to see if I could add more or what else would fit. Everything I asked, they responded with a smile. I would absolutely, POSITIVELY recommend these guys. Very nice guys. They did a nice job unloading our POD.

The team arrived early and was ready to go to work. I showed them the items that were being packed in the moving container and they quickly began moving items to the container. Tim and Barry were respectful of my home and very careful with all of my furniture and belongings. Knowing my belongings were traveling over 300 miles, they took the time to pack and re-pack the storage container a few times to make sure that everything was very secure and would not move around. I highly recommend Smooth Moves and I only wish they were also located in Maine as well so I could use them to help me unpack at my new home.

Chris and his team were outstanding. We ran into a few bumps, mainly that the Pod I had ordered was not big enough for all my stuff. But we did a work around and Chris was flexible and saved the day. They are the Best!

I enlisted two movers for two hours to move from my parents’ garage to a studio apartment. They arrived right within their arrival window, took apart and put back together a large bookcase that couldn’t fit down the stairs, and wrapped/boxed loose items for me. They were kind and worked very quickly! I asked them for extra help and paid them for an extra hour.

Great experience. The team communicated with me throughout the day. Once they arrived the move was quick, easy, and professional.

The crew came on time and did everything we asked ( unload a Pod) . I would hire them again.

Chaz and Co. were wonderful. I had to change dates of service because our POD was delayed, and they were incredibly flexible. They were delayed the morning of service because of a tire issue, but they kept me informed of their timing. The POD has to be placed 1/2 block from our house, but Chaz and Co. didn't complain about having to haul things the greater distance. Great crew!

I have used Chazz and crew four times now! (at least) I am a business and multi home owner so I am always needing something or another moved. I am very happy to have found them-they are extremely reliable and very nice to work with. Plus their prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

We were very happy with the team from Helping Hand. Besides the overall move, they moved our piano and did so safely.

I was very pleased with ASAP Moving. They were polite and professional. They worked hard and were able to maneuver a very large piece of furniture quickly and safely - the same piece took another company over thirty minutes move. I would highly recommend them, and will be using them to move into our new home!

They certainly tried their best, although we are still unpacking broken items. One of the movers kept hoisting the light (marked "Fragile") boxes onto his shoulder even when we asked him not to, so many of our things were broken. On the other hand, it was close to 95 that day and they worked very hard and kept to their schedule. They were available on short notice, but were a few hours late arriving for the job. All in all, I'd give them a 6 out of 10.

Chaz, James & Chris could not have domes more excellent job, nor been more polite to us and each other. We would recomendation this company highly to anyone. Thank you Chaz & crew . You have raised the bar for your industry! Bob & Kathy

I've used these guys before and will again if I ever need unpackers. They are efficient and friendly.
