These guys were awesome! Super friendly and really good at letting the customer decide how “involved” they want to be in their move. (I hate just sitting around watching other people work, and they were so kind to give me tasks where I could feel helpful but not get in the way.) They worked fast and got me totally moved out of the storage pod and into my two bedroom new house in just over 3 hours. (That includes the 30 min travel time). I had used the Hire a Helper time/labor estimate and it had recommended 5 hours.

Karim and his crew were great. He stayed in contact with me regarding what time they would arrive as I was the last job of the day. They took great pride in taking care of my belongs. They were very efficient at packing my storage unit for me.

I had 3 wonderful moves( Taequan, Eric, Dom) . They are arrived in time and finished promptly 40 min ahead of schedule end time. Load a 2 bedroom condominium efficiently. Team was very professional, called ahead with a ETA time and were careful with sensitive items as well as spaced out truck carefully to ensure all items were organized. They worked well and never hesitated to ask any questions. Overall stellar service , introduced them to my neighbors who inquired as they finished packing and will certainly refer them to anyone . Wish the them continued success and appreciated their friendliness, and professionalism. Their boss should be very lucky to have them . The workers sent out to help unpack the moving truck was good workers , they took time making sure everything packed in storage spaces properly and was able to make everything fit . Plus they were able to schedule me in a day notice.Good work with valued time they were awesome.

Arrived perfectly on time and were more than prepared to complete the job! All 3 workers worked hard, with utmost efficiency, and respected all of our property and belongings. I would certainly recommend this company for any move in the future and would use them again for any moving needs.

They arrived 20 min before the appointed time. They were polite, worked quickly and efficiently. They didn't throw my things around like a previous mover did. If I seemed unsure what to do they were quick to offer good solutions. I was impressed how fast they unloaded and packed my storage unit so I can easily access what I need. I will definitely recommend Smooth Moves to others and use them again in the future.

Arrived a little ahead of scheduled arrival time. They worked constantly from time of arrival to departure. Did a good job of not scraping/marking walls when moving large items. Were not attentive to handling fragile items or room locations clearly marked on boxes. Did not follow my request to use the front door only for entry and exit.
