My movers were fantastic!! They came at the beginning of the time slot and got everything completed very quickly. I would definitely recommend and use them again for any of my moving needs!

The crew was good: polite and careful with our property. A few problems though. 1. I received multiple reminders, emails and texts, saying that their arrival window was 9-10 AM. I was driving to meet them at 8:10, when I got a phone call saying they were already there and asking if I was going to show up. Thus we lost about an hour of the time that had been scheduled. 2. The truck was too small. I told Hired Helper that I had one full 16 foot POD and one partially filled one. They arranged for a 20 foot truck instead of a 26 foot one. This resulted in the crew needing to make a second trip to the PODs location and an hour of overtime. 3. The crew insisted in wrapping our furniture in plastic before putting it in the storage unit, although I told them I did not expect or want this. This resulted in lost time, as well as leaving us with miles of plastic wrap which we will have to get rid of when we move in.

Pollack and Anthony did a fantastic job. They were efficient, friendly, and careful with my stuff. I hired them for 2 hours to move stuff into a 3rd floor apartment and I was concerned we'd run out of time. They ended up finishing with like 40 minutes to spare. Definitely would hire again

They were so quick! Their attention to detail was appreciated. They were also so friendly and made a stressful day (unrelated to them) so much better with their jokes and kindness. Next time I move, I will definitely look to hire them again!

The team of three did a great job helping me move out of my place. I wasn’t completely prepared for the move and they were super helpful moving everything and taking the stress off of me having to do anything. They arrived on time, had all of the necessary supplies and worked hard to get the entire job done. They were very careful with my items and wrapped everything that could be damaged. I would definitely recommend.

The crew of Pierre, Master P, and Edem were fantastic!!!! The packed that container so well there was no remaining room. They were on time, very pleasant, and personable. They worked fast and efficiently Iike a well oiled machine. Thanks to them, they made a tough time in my life a bit easier. Totally worth it!

I wanted to give 5 stars because I’ve used this company before and they did an excellent job in the past. I was disappointed with the current job due to the service provider’s negative attitude and excessive complaints about the service needing to be completed, which was vocalized several times. The work was good and it was completed, but the entire experience was soured. Unfortunately, I won’t be using this company again.

I was using the PODS service and they couldn't give me a definitive time they would be arriving so I asked Falls and Company if I could move their time back. Tavon, the owner, was very accommodating and rearranged their arrival time for later in the day to give me time to have the PODs there. When they arrived (on the hottest day of the year so far!), both young men worked extremely hard taking ALL of my items downstairs and outside into the POD. They did not complain about the heat nor take frequent breaks; they worked well together, and steadily. They took excellent care of my items and were very respectful of and to me. I will be moving into my new house in July and I will be using Falls and Company, definitely!

They were SO wonderful packing my POD that I requested their assistance in unpacking it too. The young men were efficient and professional. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful people, great job!

We absolutely loved Raymond he went above and beyond for us!! He did 90% of the work. He explained everything to us and was super kind. He arrived early and started moving things before Eddie arrived late. I will use him again and recommend him to my friends!! Eddie refused to wear a mask after we gave him one because he came without one. This was after we explained to him twice that my daughter had no immune system and suffers with Crohn’s disease although he did ask if he could catch it. He also stopped to smoke after they loaded the truck at the move from house. It was not a cigarette. He was extremely nosy about who was living in the new home and asked twice if my daughter would be living alone. Once at my old place and once at the new place. Raymond was extremely professional. Eddie not at all.
