These guys were totally awesome—prompt,knowledgable, super friendly and fast, and could they get at it—super fast, very strong. Were exceedingly careful with everything, handled with the utmost care. Will recommend these to others we know are moving, would and surely would use them for any future moves— a great crew!

The movers called to ask if they could arrive early which was great! They were incredibly quick, productive and professional. Cannot believe how well they packed our POD and in less than 2 hours. HIGHLY recommend.

Extremely helpful and worth it!

These guys are awesome. On moving day, I had hired a different company that no-showed. In a panic, I contacted Reliable Moving and they arranged to help with the move on the same day just a few hours after I called. They were polite, friendly, and highly tolerant of my children and a barking dog. They moved a large number of heavy and cumbersome items quickly and carefully. They were truly lifesavers. I would work with them again in an instant. Highly recommended!

Mike and Matt came earlier than expected and carefully reviewed our unloading instructions. Throughout a rainy, miserable few hours, they carefully moved all of our possessions where we wanted them, (some in the basement, some on the first floor, some on the second floor ), with utmost care. They were pleasant and a pleasure to employ. We also found Curtis (the owner/manager) to be concerned and caring about doing the job well. We would definitely use them again, and most heartily recommend A-I movers! Susan and Rich Boylan

Very friendly and curtious, but there were some issues. I had called shortly after scheduling my move to change the time. I spoke to the manager and told him I needed them to arrive at noon instead of 11. He said ok but asked me to send a text with the information which I did. I had not heard back afterwards so I called again 2 days later leaving a message. Still did not head back, then called again the following day and spoke with the manager a 2nd time. I again confirmed noon and he concurred. On moving day, they showed up at 11 and he said he never spoke with me nor remembered a text. He said he gets 200 calls a day so would not have remembered mine! So he goes through his texts, sees mine and agrees to not begin billing until noon. Duing the move they under estimated the amount of stuff I had and packed the truck wrong causing it to take longer, took phone calls during the move and took their time otherwise. A few antiques got broken just from being in their hands, and then after all was said and done, 4.5 hours later, the manager tried to bill me for 5 hours due to his miscommunication and showing up an hour early. So I only give 3 stars because they were really friendly and a pleasure to be around, but for efficiency and professionalism, I would give 1.5 stars.

Both guys came on time and worked hard for 3 hours straight.

Guys were early, friendly, efficient and careful loading our things. They worked hard the entire time they were there, double checked, asked questions as necessary. I have moved a lot and would definitely use them again.

We were very happy with Thunder Movers. They were professional (and certainly knew how to pack the truck), arrived on time, worked through the rain, and even managed to get a couch into our new place that barely fit through the doorway. I would recommend these movers to anyone!

These guys were great. They showed up early and ready to work. They were nice, quick and hard working. These are great, professional guys that I would gladly hire again.
