This is my second time using Full House Family Moving when changing apartments on the north shore, and just like last time, they did an absolutely phenomenal job. Can’t rate them highly enough. Nothing of mine broke despite two gentlemen carrying my things a total of six (!!!) flights of stairs, which feels like a miracle. Watching them work, you can tell how skilled and careful they are (I learned some very cool ways to get things through doorways on my own in the future). They did a great job taking apart and putting together the things that needed it as well, and were super sweet about asking what should go where as they brought things into the new place so I wouldn’t have to move much on my own once they left. Truly, truly can’t express how amazing these guys are. If I need to move again, you can bet they’re the first ones I’m calling!

Absolutely amazing experience. It took me and two friends three hours with the help of an elevator to load my truck, and these two gentlemen unloaded the whole thing within one hour with only the use of stairs. Both of them were extremely nice and helpful the entire time, too. I hope I don’t have to move again anytime soon, but if I do, I’m definitely using Full House Family Moving again and asking for Jim!

They workers did a good job getting all of our items from the 26ft U-Haul up an extended one flight staircase. They maneuvered the couches and furniture well and I would hire them again.

Wonderful experience, they were fast, helpful, packed a too small truck for the job (rented by me) perfectly and magically fit everything. They paid attention to where everything went and handled things with care. They were professional, extremely hard working and kind. I look forward to booking them again in the future!

James and his brother were great. Easy to communicate with, flexible with timing, hard working and professional.

Jim, Jim, and John were excellent - I am sorry if I am getting their names wrong; my original review didn't go through. Anyway, these guys unpacked my truck so efficiently, and they were full of ideas on how to get my BIG furniture through the small doors. They were so careful with everything I owned and fun too. After we were done, we talked about our love of dogs and moving to the coastal area. They were super friendly, down-to-earth HARD WORKERS, and I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone. Bottom line: on-time, hard-working, efficient, careful, and considerate movers with cheerful personalities.

The main reason for my rating is timeliness and communication. Initial communication was very good. We had a fairly flexible schedule that day, but did want to get on the road during the day for an unloading two hours away. Movers indicated they were running late but were unable to give any specific expected time of arrival. We had agreed on an arrival between 11a and noon. Movers arrived at 2:45p - that’s between 3 and 4 hours late. I think it would have been easier to plan for the delay if they were clear that it would be several hours until they arrived. The actual move went well. Things were handled in a relatively careful way and the truck (which we drove) was packed well. I would not opt to hire again, as the lack of clear cut arrival time impacted our move/schedule/etc.

They were efficient and friendly in moving into my third floor studio in a heatwave!

I was very impressed with the job these movers did. They had called the day before to ask if they could start earlier, which was even better for me. They showed up on time and worked extremely hard on a hot day. I gave them something to drink but they drank this as they worked. They were very friendly and I would absolutely call them 1st in the future.

Communicative after booking and leading up to arrival - they were a little later than the scheduled start time but called to update me (and I picked an evening appointment so knew that was a possibility). They worked quickly and were still done on time. All of the guys were friendly, professional, considerate of my things, and efficient. No damage or issues. They really powered through to unload my storage cubes the evening before a holiday, even in hot weather. Definitely recommend!

These guys were excellent. They showed up, and without hesitation starting moving things out. They had a fantastic system and worked quickly. I thought it would take at least 2 hours to move my one bedroom out- and they did it in an hour. They were quick, careful, personable and respectful. I’d highly recommend them and will definitely be using their company again in the future.

The team at Full House Family Movers was terrific. Hard workers with an attention to detail, the 2 gentleman who helped us were timely and courteous. I'd hire them again in an instant.

I had used them the day prior to load up my truck and used them this day to unload. I had also used them last year and was very satisfied. They are always on time and prepared to work. They work hard and don't stop. They always seem to finish early. I will always use them first.

Friendly service - showed up a bit late but stayed the full three hours that we booked. It was a brutally hot and humid day but the two lads were up to the task.

The guys were great! Very careful with my homebrewed beer, and helped take a large AC out of a window.

These guys were so great. They worked nonstop and finished my move an hour earlier than I anticipated. I was quoted twice the time and more than double what I paid Thunder Movers from someone else. Nothing was damaged and they arrived with everything needed aside from the vehicle. They were also really pleasant, not a swear or dirty look about anything I asked. I think they may have been more excited about my new place than I am. I would hire them again without a second thought.
