The Halkus movers that came we're on time and got right to work. I am amazed not only how quickly they got my container filled, but how much they were able to get into the container! They are very hard workers and worked extremely well together. I would definitely hire them again and will recommend them to everyone.

Very hard workers, very polite and respectful of our goods. Were caught in Labor Day weekend traffic in Boston, but still finished the job within the 2 hour time frame. Would use them again.

We used our movers to load a Pack Rat container on a Monday, and unload on the following Wednesday. Pros: They were very nice to work with, they put a lot of effort into the job at hand, they were respectful, they called to advise arrival time, I would consider using the helpers again. Cons: Needs better clarity on what they will and will not provide, per the site I expected furniture protection. I even called to be sure, by the time I found out they didn't have anything with them and I had to use my good blankets and towels to wrap my furniture. I was told they don't provide unless requested (there is no check box for this and it just says they will provide), also this to me was considered local considering the same company was loading and unloading all within 2 days, so they would have received the pads back. All in all, this to me was poor communication. I wasn't informed in time because he was too busy to call me back, but in my mind for something like this you find time or have someone else call, I was hiring helpers because I to was busy. Also something that was slightly annoying was both days they were about 40 minutes late. This is a hard review as the unloading was successful (only one damaged piece, because I ran out of blankets), but the gentlemen were very nice and got the job done as expected. If the communication was better as for preparing me for what to expect I think they would be a great company to use in the future.

they showed up in the time frame they told me but with three guys instead of two which wasn't a big deal to me because they got it done an hour earlier so the price was the same it really worked out better they worked non stop took the beds apart and back together in the new apartment all in all I would recommend them to family or friends
