Hard to be happy when they blow an hour time frame arrival by a whole hour. We ended up unpacking half the pod before the movers even got there. Probably wasn’t their fault, but it what it is. Only one of the two guys had experience moving. The other one was useless without the other guy instructing his every move and constantly bumped furniture on the door of the pod, the truck, and the pavement. They didn’t prioritize recovering the furniture as we had covered it. All in all, they worked hard and were very efficient. They made up for their tardiness and packed the uhaul tight.
