Alex and his assistant were really great all around. They were amazing at packing our storage unit efficiently so that everything from our very full truck fit into the unit. They were so helpful and safe while moving some very heavy pieces and also helped me to back the truck out. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again if the opportunity arises.

Step by Step Logistics was fantastic! They were on time and prepared. We were behind schedule packing and wrapping everything, so they took the time to professionally wrap and place everything in the truck in the most efficient manner. They were extremely polite, helpful, and capable of getting everything out of our old house and into our new house. Even though we don’t plan on moving again any time soon, we’ll definitely call them when we need heavy items moved in the future.

Both Sean and his brother (I can't remember his name.) were very patient with me and cordial. Although there was a delay in the arrival of my UHaul moving truck, Sean was patient, understanding and flexible with the arrival time for my move. When it was time to unload the truck, the two men team had an efficient system. After about 3 - 4 elevator trips, I was completely moved in! The entire unload was less than the alotted 2 hours. I'm very pleased with the service I received. I would definitely recommend Moonlight Moovers, Inc to friends and family who need their service and I would hire them again in the future.

THIS IS THE MOVING COMPANY FOR YOU. Their name says it all. Step By Step Logistics. I was so amazed at how they took a look at what we had and proceeded with precision, like a project, step by step. The lead made suggestions on how to stage my items that were not quite ready, to make the process more efficient. They even corrected some loaded items to provide more load space. They were prompt, courteous, and respectful of me, my items, my home, and my time. I will use them for all of my moving needs, and make referrals to anyone that I know who needs their services.

The owner of this moving company contacted me within 24 hours after I booked the job on this website. He was very courteous, and confirmed he will send 3 guys to help me move my furniture. The guys came about 15 minutes late, but that is because they went to the wrong entrance of my community. The three men were very professional, worked fast and finished the job early! I was very satisfied. I like movers who work fast. This was a small job where they had to move furniture from second to third level of my townhouse. The price for this job was very reasonable. Hence why I chose them. I was satisfied, and I planned to hire them again in the near future for a bigger job. Thanks!

I had the best experience with Moonlight Movers. They were prompt, friendly and took good care of my belongings. They worked hard. So hard, in fact that I received a refund for the extract hour I had paid for but didn't use. I will definitely be using them again when my new place is ready for move in.

Outstanding service. I received a call the day before reminind me of the arrival time. I also received a call when they were on their way with the expected arrival time. They were on time and extremely polite. They worked their butts off. On the 1-10 scale, I rate them as 11. Price was great, I highly recommend them.

Our movers were careful and hard working. They moved everything efficiently and were polite and pleasant. We have a narrow uneven staircase that is difficult to maneuver and they moved the larger peices without scarring the walls. I highly recommend them.

They were a little late, however, they communicated that to me well in advance, and it was due to a last minute staffing change since the original guys were on another job that was running behind. They were the nicest and so respectful to me, my family and my friends. They communicated the entire time about their recommendations, their plan, etc. as they went along. From the moment they arrived they busted their butts! They even helped with taking stuff to the dumpster that I was getting rid of. I seriously cannot express enough just how wonderful they were! They accomodated my changing and complicated schedule, moved everything in very quickly, set up the TV and bed without hesitation and completely willing to set up anything else I needed. They were a great help.

They were quick, efficient, and made sure they didn't leave any marks on walls.
