These guys arrived right on time and quickly got to work helping me pack a POD. They were super nice, respectful, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

First, the good. The two gentlemen who came to help pack my POD were polite and respectful. They were careful with the furniture and household items, and gave me instruction about covering and wrapping the furniture for protection. They packed the POD well, except at the end. Now, the not so good. I never heard directly from the company to confirm the order/move. The telephone number provided went to voice mail, and the mailbox was full. I sent emails, texts and tried the phone number several times. Someone finally did call me about 2 hours before they were supposed to arrive. I paid for 3 hours to pack. They did not arrive with any tools, equipment, etc. as the agreement stated. Fortunately I had family members and tools to help. After about 1.5 hours, most things were packed, but not all. There was discussion about how much more could fit. It seemed as though they just wanted to finish and leave. They precariously piled some chairs on the top of larger items, roped them in, and said that was all that could fit. We discussed options for the remainder. So after 2 hours, they left. My family members and I were a little distraught about not all items fitting. So, we unpacked the front part, moved some items around, and we were able to get everything in the POD that needed to go. It took us 45 minutes, but we got it done. I felt a little ripped off - since I had paid for 3 hours (no refunds of time) but did not get ALL the service that I paid for. But, my POD is packed and ready to go, and I was glad that they showed up and did most of the job. Would I hire them again, no. But maybe for some people they will work well.

Came in and did an awesome job unpacking an ill-packed truck and properly organizing a storage unit. Professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

They arrived on time, worked very hard the entire time, and were careful and strategic with my things and how they loaded my container. They completed everything within the estimated timeframe, and they were also extremely kind, pleasant, and good communicators with us. I felt that we were in wonderful hands. They made what was bound to be a stressful day a much nicer, easier experience! I feel very grateful that HireAHelper connected us with this very professional moving company. Taylor and Jake did a good job unloading our 16' Pod; however, they were an hour late getting here. They were respectful of our property and goods and most polite. Yes, we would use them again.

Very hard working team. Very polite young men that listened to direction and cared for my house hold goods. Working as hard as they did in this heat and humidity would be a challenge for anyone. They took it in stride and finished on time. I would definitely hire them again!

My brother was very pleased with the service. He said all were polite and very efficient. It was a shame that time was lost due to a faulty GPS that got them lost and they were an hour late. But he was so pleased with the service that I am hoping to hire them March 2nd to move some boxes and bins for our church mission.

Excellent job! Three hard working men that got the job done quickly. Unloaded truck with care of items. Took items to designated area as requested. Loaded truck with three heavy items for Goodwill and unloaded items at Goodwill. I would definitely use Duck Movers again. Five Stars.

The main problem with their service was they were not on time. Expected time 9- 10. At 10 I called them. They said they were on their way. Showed up after 11. I feel they should have called me to let me know they would be late. They rearranged what I had packed and packed what else needed to be stored. Tied everything down and were finished in a half hour. The main packer knew exactly what to do and had 3 years experience, very polite and set about working as soon as he got out of his car. They were very careful with everything. Since I am moving out of state, I could not use them again.

The two gentlemen who came to assist us were fantastic. They were easy to work with, polite and very conscientious of our walls, floors and belongings. I would highly recommend them.
