I cannot recommend this company enough! The movers came on time, and unloaded my rental truck faster than I would have ever believed, bringing everything up to my third-floor apartment in less than an hour. The gentlemen who assisted (Jay and Detron) were friendly and professional, asking me where I wanted each individual box or item to be placed. Even when they were done hauling my things up two flights of stairs multiple times, they remained cheerful and provided exceptional service while finishing up. So thankful for these guys!

These guys were very nice and professional. I screwed up and didn't measure the opening for my fridge and they had to move 2 fridges twice, I felt horrible but they were nice about it, and at least made it seem like it wasn't to big of a deal. Highly recommend using them for any help

My son needed assistance in removing his heavy furniture from his third floor apartment in Lynchburg. The men did an excellent job protecting the furniture and packing the U-Haul. They accomplished the task in the allotted time frame. Thanks for the great help!

The 2 movers that showed up were great did a great job this service site however is a ****ing joke wouldnt recommend hire a helper at all I had to call the movers myself to see if they were coming should have just booked them direct

The folks that showed up did a nice job and were respectful of our property and always asked questions. The management of the company always seemed confused as to what they were doing and never communicated well at all. I hired 3 people for 3 hours. When they showed up I was told, not asked, that there were now 4 people for 2 hours. Later that day another crew called to let me know they were coming over to unload my truck even though it was already done.

We very last minute had our family members, that were supposed to help us, get sick so we had to scramble to find someone to help! Kevin and his guys came out the next afternoon and got our truck unloaded in no time. They were friendly and great to work with!

these guy's are outstanding. I came from north Carolina and got held up cause of an accident. they worked with me and we kept in touch for updates. they unfortunately they had to unload load in the rain. From the beginning Kevin and his crew met and exceeded my expectations. Kevin was easy to get in contact with and answered all of my questions. They got to our house about 15 minutes early so they could look at everything and worked hard to get everything they could loaded in our 2 PODS. They were careful with our belongings and had a smile on their face the entire time even thought they were loading on a cold rainy day. It was a pleasure working with them and I would definitely use them again.

On-time Helpful suggestions on process Good workers and teamwork My only complaint is that when storing stuff in the garage they didn't pack it in well. At the end it was a wall in the doorway with just enough to close the door. This is an oversize 1 1/2 car garage and most of the furniture and downstairs boxes were in the house. The truck (26" box) was full on arrival but that's what the garage looked like after unloading. I wish they had left an aisleway or corner open to help in the sorting priority. I initially was watching in the garage but had to also direct the stuff as it was being unloaded and inside placement. This has been a MASSIVE headache for us, and I'm not exaggerating. Most boxes were labeled but when you can't get to them it's very frustrating.
