I would definitely hire them again! I just needed movers (labor) to get out of my apartment. They accommodated me when the truck battery died and worked with me as I navigated finding out my unit was too small.

Dave and Rickey were very professional, efficient and polite. The unpacking were quickly and they put a bed frame back to together and helped move furniture around. I would recommend them specifically as well as any recommendation made by Hire a Helper as we had a great experience with the two helper that packed the pod.

They arrived at the time they said they would over the phone. They were very prepared, worked non stop, and followed directions well. Highly recommend.

Timely and fast

We hired a team of 4 workers to not only move us from our apartment to our home, but to also unload our POD that was delivered from the storage facility. Not only did they call ahead of time to confirm their arrival, but they arrived on time and came ready to work. They came in, rolled out the floor protectors and started moving all the items out of the apartment. Once at our home they again rolled out the floor protectors and unloaded both the moving truck and the POD without any delay. They were quick, efficient, courteous, and professional. We are extremely satisfied with the service provided. Awesome job! Thank you Royal Movers.

They did a great job with a container which had not been properly packed.

Was given a lot of grief about the items we needed moved, and the order they were presented to the movers. I understand that not having all items out upon arrival was frustrating for the crew, but moving is stressful enough without being told over and over how much of a hassle moving our items were. Overall the move took an hour less than scheduled, and there were still plenty of complaints. They also brought a dog with them. I love dogs, but we have a dog of our own that is not dog-friendly. We were given no heads up that the crew planned to bring a dog with them, and was only told once the dog was already in our home and wandering around. The head of the crew also continually made comments about how my husband should have been the one to orchestrate the move, not me. My husband was on a mandatory work call and was unable to help. He was trying to say that my husband should have been available to support the move, but all of his comments came off incredibly misogynistic. I was the one paying for their time, and being treated like a stand-in for the man of the house was incredibly off putting. Giving three stars because the rest of the crew was kind, and all items were eventually moved despite the complaints. Plus, the dog they brought was actually very cute.

The gentleman arrived early and ready to work. They started immediately, were very professional, friendly and courteous. My things were in a basement will several things tonwatxh out for and they did an amazing job not to damage anything. I would definitely use and refer them to everyone.

These two gentlemen were by far the best movers that I have ever used (and I have used quite a few). They were professional, efficient, and courteous--well deserving of 5 stars. I will be certain to keep them in mind for any future moves. Thank you!
