We Move U LLC was great to work with. Communication was superb, and easy to coordinate with. We had a last-minute change of location, and they were able to accommodate us. Showed up timely and worked hard to get the job done. Would use them again.

Bust-a-Move was all around excellent. They called days before our appointment and discussed preparation. They gave advance notice of when they would arrive and kept us updated. The business owner Johnny was very informative, checked everything before they started to work and was friendly throughout the entire process. Once they started they expertly and quickly packed everything, as well as cushioning and wrapping items that needed extra care. They packed the entire 16 ft POD in two hours! They are a pleasure to work with, highly competent and a good value!

Military Friendly! Elvis and his team were prompt, professional, and physically fit to unload over 10,000 lbs of household goods on Fort Eustis. His team provided a level of care for my HHGs that I have not seen in over 20 years of service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR MILITARY MOVES.

Dontrel and his assistant, (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name), did an AMAZING job. They fit an incredible amount of belongings into two tiny moving pods quickly, safely, and with nothing but positive attitudes. They were professional and kind and I cannot brag on them enough! I highly recommend them for any moving needs!

These guys were on time and very professional, the job was completed so quickly and they were moving the entire time. Will definitely be using their services again and definitely will recommend to others.

Crew was good. Didn't arrive with dolly. I provided dolly to make job easier. One crew member didn't seem strong enough for lifting and other member did bulk of work. Work was done as requested but could have been more efficiently.

Mark and Dwayne were phenomenal! They went above and beyond to help clear my apartment. They were very fast and efficient. They were very professional, polite and had great personalities. I will definitely utilize them again in the future.

Mark and Dwayne (I do hope I spelled that correctly, and if not I apologize), we're great. Came in and wasted no time. We were done about 30 min ahead of the scheduled time, I'd hired them for and they were a pleasure to work with. Though we've yet to check the condition of everything moved, there were a few visible broken legs on the sectional and entertainment system, so thus far okay. I'm not ecstatic about it but I'm okay if that was the extent of the damage. Again, the movers were pleasant and efficient and I appreciated the help.

The only complaint is they came without a dolly.. fortunately my brother in law brought and I had a cart. They arrived earlier and finished in 2 hrs. Nice guys Thanks

There was issues getting all the men on base due to criminal records. The 3 helpers we got were all very young and small guys. My husband had to do most of the heavy lifting. The kids were very polite and did work hard with the exception of the youngest. He said he was missing school to help us and I believe he said he was 13! Our walls got pretty banged up unfortunately. We felt bad for the young guys and for the price we paid it would have been nice to have grown men who could lift heavy things helping us. I would not request their help again.

Joe and his team reported on time and performed extremely well. They were helpful and professional in every aspect of the job. 10 out of 10 recommended.

They were hard workers and respectful of my property. They worked efficiently as far as unloading the truck. I would recommend them.
