They were on time, even texted me when they would arrive. They had the tools needed to efficiently move items out. They obviously knew how to load a truck for ideal space with no damage to any item. This was the second time I’ve used them and would recommend them without reservation.

Sam and associate were amazing! They were on time and prepared for everything we needed moved! They treated our furniture like it was their own! They worked hard and completed the task in less than two hours! We would definitely use their service again! Thank you We Haul Moves team!

Nothing but compliments for the team at Smart Move! Javal and Koran helped my wife and I unload our truck after our cross country drive. They were prompt, hardworking, and considerate. We had booked the service less than 24 hours ahead of time but they helped us move as if they’d had weeks of lead time. They took the utmost care of our belongings. One box did receive some damage during the move, but they were quick to notify us and the contents were thankfully unharmed. I was skeptical when they told me they could unload our 16’ truck to our fourth floor apartment within the 2 hours we had booked. I couldn’t have been more wrong because they finished with time to spare! Not only will we be contracting their services the next time we move but we will emphatically recommend them to anyone who asks.

Kenny and Patrick were on time, packed our POD really well, were polite and handled our items with care! I highly recommend them.

Grateful for the help, the whole reason I hired them. :) The day before I was told to expect them between 8-9am, so I was there by 8am. They arrived at 9:18. I had 10ft of home goods, glad I pd for 3hrs of work. Very respectful of me as I fumbled with locks I was unfamiliar with. They stayed attentive to the job as I could see. I posted myself at the door so I could assist with the keypad for their entry into the storage building. There was a mishap with my grandfather clock, but I'm hoping the claim procedure goes smoothly. Mistakes happen. I liked that they asked me to look over the unit to see if I was happy with the placement of things. That was thoughtful. Thanks for the help!

These guys were wonderful. They showed up right on time with everything they needed. They were so helpful and able to fit more than I thought they would in my pods container. All my furniture and boxes are packed well with no worry of items shifting in transit. Mark and his team were fantastic and I would most definitely use them again!
