I went online and booked two people for two hours and filled out all the specifics. I have used Tire helper two other times. One experience was fantastic and the other one was terrible. This one rates somewhere in the middle I suppose. Two people showed up however one was a kid who didn’t weigh more than 110 pounds and the other gentleman was much more mature. They did not bring a dolly so they were carrying boxes hand by hand and dropped so many things I had several items broken. At the end of my time, I was asked to confirm that they were there for two hours which I did. But then was asked to pay an additional fee by the actual guys moving directly via Venmo. I was told that I went over my time by an hour, and he was only going to charge me half. In reality I did not go over my time they took several breaks and I also went and got them lunch so that they could eat. so did my things get brought into the house lose at least six items yes. Will I use a helper again… Only if I have packed my items meticulously and have time to supervise the entire event.
