Book this job last minute, as I didn't know when my moving truck would arrive more than 2 days in advance. I appreciated the availability. The crew arrived in the scheduled window. They were slow to start the job and moved without much hurry throughout. They were somewhat inexperienced (didn't know how to setup the loading ramp of the truck). After everything had been unloaded, only one of the four team members started helping assemble furniture, which I had explicitly asked for. I had to specifically collect the rest of the team from the driveway and put them back to work. Required a lot more direction than prior moving teams I've worked with. Would only hire again in a pinch.

Ariel and Mario did a fine job for me. They called 30 minutes ahead to give me their ETA. They were courteous and responsive to my various requests. They were cautious inside and outside with my home and my "stuff." They packed the truck carefully and well. Even backed the truck into position to make it easier for me to hop in and drive off in the morning. I was also impressed that they used straps, etc. to lift heavier items so as not to injure themselves. I highly recommend this team!

They are both well managed administratively and "on spot" with customer communication and service. Plus, I want to pay special kudos to Jason Elkins, owner of WMLS for his care and oversee that the packing of my POD was perfectly done. The packers he assigned to my job, Richard and Nick, are top-notch performers in reliability, strength, stamina, and talent. Through their intelligent packing, every piece of my load fit together like a jigsaw puzzle, not one cubic foot wasted. And they did it quickly and efficiently. They were right on time.. and got the job done in the 2 hours I contracted. They were professional and polite and efficient. The only compaint is they were not told that the job was a load/unload. I checked my contract and it specifically states that it was a load/unload. They did not have gas to get them to the other house.. which I paid for on their behalf. They stayed as contracted and unloaded per the contract in the alloted time

I hired Boss Moving to help me with my move. They were prompt contacting me to set a time to fit my schedule and were able to meet my needs. I had belongings in two different locations. The two workers they sent to help were on-time, fast, friendly and efficient. I would recommend Boss Moving to my friends and family!
