Short Summary: Scheduling was quick and easy and set a positive tone. On moving day, a few protection and packing details were missed, and communication around space planning could have been clearer. I spent about four hours with a friend reorganizing part of the load to optimize space and add protection. I’d consider using them again if these points are addressed. Expanded Review: Scheduling was smooth and straightforward, which gave me high hopes. On moving day, there were a few areas that could be improved. Some furniture items weren’t placed in blankets, which left me concerned about potential scuffs during transit. One TV was packed on its side; the box recommends loading with the bottom of the panel down to avoid stress on the edges. I repacked that item to reduce the risk of damage. I had several small pods to fill. Once a pod was closed, it generally wasn’t revisited, even though some had remaining space that might have helped later. This approach left a few items without a spot, even though earlier pods appeared to have room if they’d been re-opened. Communication was courteous, and the team did check in; however, more proactive coordination—especially around prioritizing must-go items and revisiting partially filled pods—would have helped. A friend and I spent about four hours reorganizing to maximize space and add extra protection where we could. Overall, the crew worked hard and the scheduling experience was excellent. With a bit more attention to protective padding, iterative packing of the pods, and earlier, more proactive check-ins on priorities, this could be a great experience next time.

Really great job organizing our container move. The items were made to fit in the container with very close tolerances. I'm happy to say that all of the items arrived safely after a 3000 mile trip across the country!

Prompt arrival, very professional throughout, and even provided extra blankets and tie downs to ensure that my possessions wouldn’t shift as they will be moved over 2,000 miles. Mike is a master at packing; would give 6 stars if I could!

They were dang middle of the road as far as experiences, but were a godsend that they were available on such short notice after IJC cancelled on us. They arrived within the 1 hour arrival window, and got started promptly upon arrival. They were respectful, respectful with our goods, methodical, but unhurried. It felt like they were padding the hours to a certain extent with how much excess packing they were doing with our furniture. The job when 3 hours over estimate, and their pace stayed steady the entire time. I will not be using them again after this.

They arrived on time, called an hour before arrival and worked well. They followed all directions for unloading and putting things in the right place. They even helped repair a dresser that had failed during the trip in the moving container.

AAA Allstar Movers did a wonderful job on moving our furniture back into our home. They worked quickly and carefully and even came back to put the bedskirt back on the bed which I had forgotten to ask them to do originally. We’d highly recommend them!
