Crew was punctual, worked super hard (even did double work because I was so optimistic that it would fit…I was wrong) and took extra care with my belongings. Highly recommend!

Michael was great. We spoke over the phone and he was very accommodating. There was a scheduling conflict so he sent Jodi and Mike who were both very professional and helpful. They were able to unload an entire 16ft PODS container, set up two bed frames, and place our items where we had labeled them (ie: living rooms boxes were put in the living room, etc) within two hours! They answered all our questions and were very pleasant to deal with. We had a horrible experience with the packers/movers that we used from hireahelper in Las Vegas so we were a little afraid of what might happen but they put us at ease. I definitely would recommend them for any packing or unpacking needs!!

I want them to unload us in TN! They did such a great job, hustled, wrapped everything they needed to and sure made our load go smooth!

We have hired movers several times and this was one of our best experiences. They were on time and professional. They took charge and did an amazing job loading the trailer. Nothing was damaged in the move and they didn’t cause any damage at either property during loading or unloading. It was a great experience and we would recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

Good communication, on time, helpful and faster than expected. I booked pretty last minute after ending up in quite a bind, but there was no issue with that. Yay! I was starting to really panic when I found myself needing to move a whole house on my own, but Roosevelt said point us in the right direction and we’ll take everything from there. Everything was in fact taken care of and my stuff is now where it should be and in the same condition it was when I started. Can’t ask for more than that. :)

I had hired two guys for two hours. They were on time and worked very efficiently to get a rather big job done in the allotted time. Overall, they were a huge help. The only reason why I didn't give another star is because they didn't respond to our concerns for fragile items/boxes. E.g. when I pointed out that a box, labeled fragile, was stacked on the very top of others, not looking secure, the helper only said: that's secure and not going anywhere. He was wrong. We had everything packed and wrapped securely, and labeled with contents and fragility, but ended up with broken glass in a window frame. I understand that even with best efforts things may shift during a move, but I didn't appreciate that they seemed put off by our concerns, rather than demonstrating their care in their response. Everything else was ok, though, and well loaded. I would use them again.
