Not only did they give a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way within an estimated time, they were exceedingly courteous and quick in the unloading of my 8 ft pod and in placing the labeled boxes in my desired location. They were especially respectful of the boxes labeled "fragile", which held the framed pictures of my ancestors-- obviously irreplaceable. Within the two hour time frame, they cut through the tape on the boxes, allowing me the ease of time of reaching in and sorting and organizing. All this with a SMILE!!! I would DEFINITELY refer anyone I meet to employ AAA Allstars for any loading or unloading, big or small.
