They were very polite and professional. They worked extremely fast also. The only complaint was in moving or storing the furniture we had a couple of wood items damaged/chipped that we later glued back. Unfortunately one is right on the front/corner of the nightstand. The other damage was a tear to the under side of a brand new mattress. It's hard to not have damage when moving large items, but maybe slowing down and not packing all the items so close together would help. All in all they were a huge help with moving our furniture.
