They called the day before to verify everything and I told him that the pod had come and he offered to have the guys come out and unload it that night, which is perfect. Can’t thank them enough. They did an awesome job.

These guys showed up ready to go unlike the previous 2 companies that canceled and no showed. So friendly, helpful and genuine. I will forever use this company for all my moving needs. I am a new small business owner so I know it’s rough but these guys are top notch!

Great job in a snow storm.

In answer to the questions posed. They called quickly after the booking online. Confirmed the date and time. I was traveling to the location, arrived 45 minutes early, texted with no response. After 10 mins of time of arrival, call came in they would be 15 minutes late, it was more like 40 minutes. Ended up doing more of my own unloading due to the extra time on my hands. They did work hard and they did a good job fitting the items into the storage space. They were young, didn't handle with a lot of care, just packed versus looking at what the boxes said they were. They did finish quickly, neutral about using again.

They were both extremely nice, helpful and professional. My belongings were moved without incurring any damages. They ended up having to stay an extra hour and they did without complaint. It was a hard move that included moving several large items up a flight of stairs and they accomplished it all!! I would recommend them to any of my family or friends.

They were a little late because the work order had the wrong address. Once here, they worked well and accomplished everything with a half hour to spare. They had to disassemble a bedroom set, remove from the house, and assemble 2 new ones. They cleaned up everything and were careful of my hardwood floors. They were polite and focused on the work. This is my 3rd time using hireahelper and it's been great every time.

They were prepared for the job. Both worked very hard. Very courteous. Excellent at communicating with me and were respectful and good at managing my property. My PODS arrived and I have not opened all my boxes but from what I have opened- I have no complaints and think they did a great job. I would use them again and would highly recommend them if asked like this. I really appreciated them being responsive.

Cameron and Shawn were a great team. They were professional, polite, friendly and courteous. They had hoped for an 8:30 start time but called ahead to say they would be delayed a half hour and arrive right at 9:00. We had a 25’ x 10’ storage unit packed full and a 26’ moving truck. My husband wasn’t sure evrything would fit on one truck, so upon arrivng, he asked Cameron what he thought, “We will fit it in”, and they did! They handled our belongings with great care on a very cold, frosty January morning. Thanks Cameron and Shawn for a job well done. We highly recommend them.

I recently moved to Washington and contacted We Serve for assistance unloading my personal belongings from a 22 foot truck. These two gentleman arrived early and worked very hard to accommodate all the needs of this move. They were very careful with my furniture and property and placed items where I requested , they were very respectful to me as well. I thank Mr. Kirk Brown for his team and assistance and a great thank you to Arlo Morrow and Brian Delger for a job well done. I would definitely refer anyone in need of assistance to call them as they provide a wonderful service to this community
