The movers were not here on time. They were at least 1.5 hours late. The was no call to tell us what was going on. I asked for help from Movers Marketplace and received no help. I had to call the company directly. This is the 2nd time this has happened. When the moving company showed up the guys were awesome! They were friendly and really wanted to help. They did a great job. They moved a heavy stand alone boxing bag upstairs and went above and beyond by laying out the floor mats before placing the bag in the room. The mattress was deformed from storage and with no ask of me they rearranged the memory foam to level it out. Great service!! I highly recommend using this company.

The two movers who came out to help us were awesome. They came within the window as expected and immediately got to work. They barely even took a water break in the time they were with us! They moved many heavy items up and down staircases and were careful of our furniture and the house. They were able to work out how to get a trickily large piece of furniture into a tight opening which saved us a lot of time disassembling. They assembled furniture too before they left. We needed extra time and they said no worries and kept working! All this and we booked them the day before. Kind and respectful throughout. We had some tough to get along with family members around and they still remained professional and respectful. Would definitely recommend!
