The movers did a good job. They worked hard, were respectful, and followed directions.

They were late and I had to call them. I believe they should have contacted me that they were running late. It was scheduled for 8/9 and I allowed them to come 12/1 so I figured that it was plenty of time to get here. When I called their boss, he had them contact me. I think that the boss should have called me instead so they could have continued to work. They explained why they were late, so I asked how long it would take. They told me 20-30 minutes but it ended up being 45min. They did a good job but poor communication for arrival.

I highly recommend Big Boy Movers- the two gentleman that helped me load my POD for a cross country move were very polite, kind, helpful and respectful of all of my items!! They were on time and communicated well!!

We hired 2 movers - John and Kirk for our house moving. They were very friendly and polite. The job (Loading/Unloading) has done only 3 hours 45 mins. Thanks guys!

Collin and his crew were outstanding. First time using movers at all and wasn’t sure what to expect/do. But they were super friendly and gave me a quick run down of what my part in the whole thing was. After everything was unloaded from the truck they came back in and asked if there was anything else that I needed moved into a different room. Overall just amazing service, super friendly staff would 100% recommend them.

Cody was very friendly and respectful. They were on time and helped us move without any problem. We had so little space to set boxes that it was hard to finish boxing some things till they came to move some large items. Then we boxed as fast as we could. They moved our boxes and large items fast and carefully. They took time to help us figure out how to arrange things to get boxes in. Everything worked great. They are hard workers and did all they could to ease our moving experience. I will use them again and will suggest them to others. Julia W

These guys were great! They were on time, they worked very hard. It was a very hot, almost record-breaking hot day and they still worked continuously. We had them take a couple of water breaks and lunch break but that was all. We had a lot of stuff so they were here for 6 hours during the hottest part of the day and never complained. They were also very nice. If I ever move again (I hope not!) I will use them.

Both workers were on time; they worked hard (we unloaded a 16’ POD and loaded a 20’ truck in under an hour); they were respectful and courteous. I would have preferred that they wore masks, but we were outside and separated (I took mine off). I would hire them again.

Kevin and John were on time(I wasn’t). Courteous quick and professional I’ve never had the luxury of Hiring someone to move things for me What a treat!! I will definitely do this again and will recommend you to anyone I know that’s needing a hand. Thank you thank you thank you!!!??

Russ and Parker were amazing and very professional!! They arrived on time and got the job done quickly! Wrapped all my furniture and nothing was damaged!! I would use them again and would recommend 100%

They arrived early and were ready to go! We had everything wrapped and staged for packing so they just had to load the POD for shipment. Finished early since it was organized and ready to load. Took good care of the fragile items. Also great communication leading up to the move.

Mastermind movers knocked it out of the park with there service. They moved our home furniture from a storage unit to a Pack Rat in record time. I was so impressed with there performance that I will solicit there help next week to load our moving truck.

Tremendous helpers who were cooperative, listened to direction, and performed a great service unloading a PODS container and getting it transferred to a Uhaul truck. Will use them again.
