This was my second time using EP Movers and I am pleased with the service. I had booked them on short notice and even had to reschedule. However, Gabriel assured me he would be available and this was a relief because I was in trying to avoid being charged for storage by another company. The crew is personable, helpful, and efficient. They were able to complete the task well below the recommended time allowed. Despite this financial mistake, I was happy it did not take them more time to do the job, since a storm was brewing when they left. I would recommend EP Movers to anyone who wants the job done quickly, so as to not waste time.

There was a problem (not the movers fault) related to email communication between the company and the movers. He was not aware of the move. After I called he came as quickly as possible, but the move was delayed by nearly 2 hrs. Since the closing on my house was this afternoon, this could have been a critical problem. Fortunately the closer was flexible and it worked out. Bottom line; this shouldn’t happen. As for the movers themselves, they were excellent in every way.

The guys were respectful, efficient, careful, and extremely good to work with. This was, by far, the best moving experience I’ve had (and I’ve moved a lot!).

Timing couldn’t have been better. They brought what they needed with them to finish the job. They did work hard and very respectful of our property. I would definitely use this group again.

They were prepared and arrived on time. They worked steadily and were very careful of not damsging our items. I would recommend them to anyone who needs moving assistance.

Even after their boss gave them very poor directions and he was arguing with me on the phone threatening to bring them back since they couldn't find the location....those guys did great. They were supposed to be on site between 12pm & 1pm. I received a call around 12:30pm saying the guys could not find the location by the border. I gave him the directions again and then asked where they were located. The person on the phone claimed the guys were on McNutt rd. and l told him they had not come far enough. They needed to come to the 4 lane highway and go left for another few miles. I called back at 1:30pm to inquire where they were and he did not realize they were not on site yet. I called him back at 1:40 pm and he said they were at the border and could not find me. I asked which border location and he did not know. He raised his vocie and would not let me speak as he said he was bringing his guys back to the shop. So I drove to the closet station and found their vehicle. I met the movers and asked if they were given the land marks or roads and they said no. They then followed me to site and completed the work in 1.5 hours. They both did great. I will use Hireahelper again when needed. Thank you. I will use El Paso Movers but I will make sure to send him a map to give his guys.
