The two guys were fabulous. My husband and I are older and needed the help. They cleared the POD in an hour and helped put a few things back together. I would use them again!!!! They were also very polite and made a tough move enjoyable.

Had 2 workers for about one hour, although we had contracted for two hours. Both worked hard and we were finished in slightly less than one hour. Both were careful and respectful of our property. I would absolutely use their services again.

Everything was great. They worked quickly, loaded the pod exactly as requested and were courteous and overall wonderful to work with.

The guys that actually performed the unloading were good. They were friendly and efficient. They were very late in arriving though. I scheduled for 3PM and they did not arrive until closer to 4:30. The reason given for this was that the first customer of the day was delayed in picking up their truck for loading. While I can understand this, it’s also not my problem. Later customers shouldn’t be affected by the misfortunes or mistakes of another customer. Other resources should have been allocated to account for their delay, or the customer at fault should have accepted the consequences of not having their truck ready at the appointed time. It is not correct or fair that my carefully orchestrated schedule should be so disrupted by another’s mistakes. I was given prior notice of this by the company, which I guess was appreciated. In a nutshell the guys doing the unloading were good at their job and performed as expected. The company policy was, however, lacking. I will not be recruiting them again as they seem to have an attitude of, “Well what are you going to do about it? Deal with it.”

For the most part they did a good job one man was very helpful , patient & professional the other was impatient some of my belongings did not get moved my fault for not being fully prepared and so considering this they did a good job and I would reach out again thank you.

They were on time and courteous. They completed the task however they could have been a little more productive.

Wonderful movers! I would use them again without hesitation. Both gentlemen were very friendly, helpful and honest. They worked hard and packed every inch of my pod like it was a game of Tetris. Not a single bit of space remained free. They were gentle with our stuff and and used care with moving everything. They showed up exactly when expected and had great communication with me before our move and while they moved our stuff. I Highly recommend them and only wish they were down south to help unload.

The movers were on time and prepared. The movers provided me with protection for my furniture which they were not required to do. They were quick and very efficient when moving and packing all my belongings. It also helped that they were friendly and had an upbeat attitude during the whole move. I will use them again in the future.

Jules and Robert worked hard and efficiently. They were careful to protect my furniture and to avoid any mishaps with doors or walls. They arrived right on time, ready to work. They had quick solutions for moving large items into tricky places. I was preparing for floor refinishing, so I plan to use them after the floors are done. They have my complete confidence.

Marshall was right in top of communication from the minute I submitted my work request. The two men he sent to move us, Mike S and Dat were amazing. They showed up a few minutes early got right to work and worked right through the full 5 hours. They took great care in moving our stuff but with so much efficiency. You could tell as they were packing the truck each item was thought about for maximum usage of truck space and protection for our things. Which worked because not one item was damaged. They thought about the little things that I didn't even think of to make moving day much less stressful. I would hire them again or any of the Handy Hands workers without hesitation.
