They were communicative and professional before the move, during, and even after! They knew what they were doing, they worked so well together, and there were seriously difficult logistical concerns getting some of the furniture in, and they were able to do it, no damage, and even finished a half hour earlier than anticipated! Seriously, I would work with them again in a heartbeat!

There was some demolition happening around the exit of my building that I was unaware would be happening and they worked around it. Customer service, communication, and timing were 5 stars. The movers did a good job and handled getting a lot of furniture up a 3rd story walk up with a relatively narrow staircase/halls. I wasn’t sure our couch would make it, but it did! They could’ve been a little bit gentler with our things, but it was quite a few items and late in the day so I understand.
The 4 stars is because it is nearly impossible to get in contact with the actual company — I tried calling, emailing. I wanted to update the movers that we were 30 min behind several hours in advance, but I could not reach management. It would be helpful to receive better contact information.

Keith & Unique were such amazing help. They were on time, very careful with my belongings & worked extremely hard to pack my things in the most efficient way. I had to move on short notice due to an emergency & had to pack my whole life/apartment in about 24 hours. It was an extremely chaotic move because of the short time frame but Keith & Unique came in ready to problem solve & help me get everything right. Can’t recommend them enough & I will definitely be calling them again next time I move!

They were prompt and on time but moved very slowly and was clear they were just trying to bump up my rate. There were at least 4 instances where I have perfect view of the truck and they were not at the truck nor were in my apartment for up to 10 minutes at a time.
Other than that, I will say they laird excellent attention to detail, the truck was packed well, and they were mostly professional but honestly I would rate them as a bit lazy as they just didn’t really want to work that hard. Zero sense of urgency and honestly quite frustrating.
