They were very efficient getting everything out of my apartment, and when I saw the end of the job, I thought everything had been well packed. It had not. There was a lift too coffee table that was flipped upside down, on top of boxes clearly labeled as soft goods. The gentlemen who unloaded my container were great about getting it down, but both they and I were confused about why some things were packed the way they were. The initial movers brought Saran wrap, but only used it on one item - a small bedside table. My dresser wasn’t wrapped at all. I had two packing blankets and they only used one in a random location. They didn’t bother wrapping a wooden table. While I appreciated their speed, they could have taken more time and been more deliberate about the packing.

On time, very helpful from the initial contact to the end! Personable staff and very professional! I would definitely use them again for packing and helping! Thank you!

Very considerate, polite and prompt but I think the experience of how to properly pack a pod to utilize space, the special handling of antique items with glass doors or curved glass for a long distance move from one state to another was missing. Unfortunately all my items did not get moved and I will need to go thru this process again to pack the garage/garden items. I had a lot of odds and ends of smaller items but no big appliances. A good try was given but experience was lacking.

It was simple to book services. The quote was on par with the rates one would receive compared to the finding help on the social media market place…and more reliable. The 3rd party company that was I was partnered with was very responsive and accommodating. They were able to provide services the same day as my booking. The crew arrived on time and efficiently moved my items without any damage. They could have placed the items more neatly and organized in my garage…at least they didn’t damage anything. The major drawback was the ‘supervisor’ who was also present to oversee the workers and collect payment. She was abrasive and borderline rude. Her demeanor was a stark comparison to the person I booked with…service oriented and friendly v. off putting and rude. I would use them again though! Just would hope for a different ‘supervisor’.

Top tier!!!! I can’t say enough about this company. David is the man! I’d recommend him to anyone. They arrived on time and were ready to go. They were very respectful and professional. They were extremely efficient. No damage was caused to any of the items. Just simply awesome. No mess, they were very neat and took proper care of the items. The price they quoted was the price I paid, no gimmicks, tricks or schemes, or extra, extra fees added for no reason. If you go over the time quoted he charges a fee for that extended time frame. But if not you’re good! Not like the other companies I called before him. He’s a man of integrity that does good and honest work. -Leslie Mac

These guts are PHENOMENAL!!! Not only were they friendly and professional but, they are soooo kind!!! Both my son and nephew are high functioning autism. These gentlemen interacted with them and listened to their stories! I was able to focus on repacking and going through some boxes and these gentlemen just worked! I WILL BE using them again when we move into our apartment!!!

Tony and Ken listened to our needs and took great care of us and our belongings. They corrected some of the problems that occurred as a result of the source packing. None of the contents shifted during transit and everything arrived at our final destination safely.

I signed up expecting a couple shady characters trying to make a quick buck. What I got was a delightful surprise. Ms. Tracy and her crew showed up with positive attitudes, motivation, and ready to work. What I expected to be a 2 hour job was reduced to 30 minutes in 100 degree temperatures with this crew. Amazing. They are the number one reason that if I ever need moving labor help for whatever reason I will be back in contact with you. Ms. Tracy thank you and the fellas for an whirlwind experience that has made me a permanent customer.
