Their service was okay & I say ok because they were young and didn’t move with a sense of of urgency. I could have gotten a lot more done had they understood the concept of making every min count. You don’t have time for phones or just standing waiting & not have a plan four or five steps out so you don’t sit & waste time, I had to do a lot myself or I would not have gotten as much done as I did. I tipped because my grandma taught us to do so, she said it either paid for an exceptional job or it may motivate them to do better next time. But I always wanted to tell her no it just motivated them to keep working the same. Anyway they were pleasant & mannerable so that’s a plus in today’s world. I now have so much to do on my own. Could have paid boys n the hood less & got more done, but they wouldn’t have been insured is all. Oh well you live & learn & hopefully they will also. Thanks, Sincerely Sad ??

These guys were absolutely amazing!! We just relocated and had a 3 bedroom house packed into a POD and they were very careful with our belongings and our new place. Where we moved is smaller and has a basement. They handled everything, including my washer and dryer with care. We have moved enough times for me to say this was the absolute best experience with movers I have ever had. When we move again, definitely calling these guys back. On time, nice, polite, professional, careful, I highly recommend.

We used this company to help load up our apartment into a 1800packrat, as we were completing a cross-country move. We had a very small window of time to get everything done. While they ran a little behind, they communicated very well and were able to get everything done in exactly the 2 hours I hired them for. Everything arrived in great condition, and we are very happy with their service and expertise.

The Hired Helper Team was very courteous, professional, respectful and they had a very can do Attitude. They were on time, worked hard and quickly. They move my property with care and before leaving asked if there was anything else that I needed.

They kept me informed on the time they would be arriving and were exactly on time. Very personable and polite. I highly recommend them and will be using them next time I move!

They got everything I needed into the pod. They were very strong and good for quick work. I’ll know more when my pod gets to its destination. I always worry from past experiences that my goods won’t make it unscathed but we shall see. I had no real issues. My biggest criticism is actually the POD itself. They really need to take out PODs at certain conditions for newer ones, nothing should ever look like it’s gonna come apart.
