They were not here at the scheduled time. They did call and rescheduled for several hours later. At the scheduled time it was raining very hard, I was not upset that they were coming later. When they arrived, they worked hard and fast and were conscientious of treatment and placement of items removed from the POD. I would recommend them to friends and family needing furniture moved.

They arrived in the time window scheduled. They were diligent, polite and respectful, worked hard and efficiently.

The one gentleman that came was on-time and did a great job unloading the truck. He worked like a champ and was very professional! There was only 4 or 5 pieces left to unload when another fellow showed up, and they moved those pieces in short order, and I was very pleased with the job. If I have to pay for two movers, I hope that the one gentleman gets all of the funds. He was on time and very professional in handling our belongings, and voiced no complaints. I helped with some of the things that I could. It turned out to be a beautiful day to move, and I am truly thankful for your help.

They were easy to talk to and explain what we needed. They moved a lot of very heavy items that we could not attempt.

Chris and Eugene arrived on time and went right to work. They were very courteous and competed the job in a little under 3 hours. They really did a fantastic job.

The team from Hire a Helper did a very good job. They arrived towards the back end of the arrival time window but were not late. They worked very hard and completed the task early due to their effort and dedication. The younger team member was just in high school which wasn't a problem for me since we were not moving high-value property, but if we were, he didn't have the experience and size needed for most household moves. D&J did a great job in moving my items from the storage container into my new home. They were very helpful and did a great job in a short time. I would use them again in the future and I will recommend them to anyone needing moving assistance.

I expected them to come about 10 a.m. and they arrived about 11:15 a.m. By the time they arrived, most of the loading was finished as we had to be at our destination by 2:00 p.m. The young men worked hard and were very personable. With the exception that I paid for two hours and only got 45 minutes of work, I was happy with the men who arrived. I might use them again with more specific instructions.

Chris and crew did an excellent job. The piano movers I had hired when Chris and crew arrived and Chris immediately jumped in and helped them. Chris and crew could not do their work until the two pianos were on the truck. I had an abundance of very heavy furniture and I was extremely impressed with how well and tight they packed our load for my 3 hour drive. NOTHING was broken or damaged when we unloaded. I would strongly endorse Orion.

Fine group of helpers! On time, ready to go, hard workers that were very polite and respectful of our property. We thought they went above and beyond what we expected after a very bad experience with the Springtown Movers in St. Joseph Mo. Can't say enough positiv things in this message. This experience was so much better than what I had before. Wish I could of had them in Connecticut as well. Called to let me know when on their way and went above and beyond their job and my expectations. Definitely will only hire them if I need moving labor help again.
