The team of Chris, Erin and Chance did an excellent job. They were careful when moving delicate items, efficient packing the Pod, and a great bunch of guys. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Very happy with the results.

I cannot fault the two young men sent to perform my move. However, they were over-matched (almost) by the heaviness of some of my items (such as a piano), and by the lack of space in the truck deployed to take all my belongings to the new address. Some important items were left behind (my washing machine, for one), causing me to plan another household move to finish the job. Throughout, the movers maintained their composure and manners. They were respectful and wrapped my furniture carefully. They also had to move some of it in the rain. The lead of the two was upbeat and positive, even when explaining that the room in the truck was getting too full to accommodate more items. That's a hard thing to tell a customer. He also made an effort to bring on a third person to assist in the delivery, but apparently was denied by the company. As a result, the two movers worked for four additional hours, for which I had to pay overtime moving charges.

Cody and Dustin were very personable and very friendly. Very awesome help. Would hire them again.

I highly recommend E & J clean out and moving! The men that moved our furniture were prompt, courteous, respectful and very hard-working! I was very impressed! They did a fantastic job!

The assigned movers were extremely polite and hardworking, however, they were obviously untrained and lacked the proper tools to do the job. I do not fault the movers, I fault the owner for not preparing his workers with the knowledge to properly do the job.

They arrived at 10 am (not between 8 am and 9am) due to the heavy rain in St Louis. Once they arrived they worked like machines and loaded our truck effortlessly and professionally. They were awesome. Once arriving at the unloading destination, they mirrored their work that they did in the morning. They unloaded the truck. They were AWESOME, professional, and I plan to hire them in a couple months when my mother and sister sell and move to a downsized house. The one and only issue I had with them is this: If I had to pick a number between 1 and 10 - I would pick / rate them at a 15.

On time, prepared, profesional, valued my property and hard working. I have already passed their information into my real estate agent.

The guys did an excellent job packing the 26' truck we rented. They fit more than we ever thought possible. The guys were running up and down the stairs getting boxes and had the entire truck packed in less than the time allotted. Thank you!
