These guys were great! They were on time, friendly, professional and careful with my belongings. :)

The two gentlemen showed up right on time at 2 o’clock and I was grateful for that. And I told him I gotta get the truck back to Penske by 3:30. We didn’t quite make that they worked. It took them till about 3:30 to empty the truck. But they did an excellent job. They did it quickly and I was grateful they were very nice young men and I wouldn’t mind hiring them again.

Movers arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and were very careful during the whole unloading process. I would use them again!

A broken elevator meant that the movers had to move many items including several large furniture items up 2 flights of stairs. The guys still got it done in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend!

Friendly team and great service! Really appreciated the quick work and flexibility with timing, as we had to figure out a few things last second regarding our storage containers.

Efficient, hard working, and polite.

Arrived on time to load. The main helper seemed to know what to do and got started right away. Secondary helper seemed a little lost, but anxious to learn. Very polite. They left some open spaces while filling the front of the truck so not all belongings made it in the move, requiring me to go back and move smaller items on a later date. May need more forethought on how to fill in open gaps with smaller items so everything fits. They did care for my belongings fairly well without much damage to the home or items. A few small scuffs on the stairs and pressure marks on the leather couch, but all resolvable.

100% recommend Monolith Moving Company. They were super organized, very thoughtful (got in touch with me ahead of my move to clarify my request and give me an opportunity to ask any questions), punctual on moving day, and very kind handling all my last-minute questions, requests, and constant changing my mind about what items I did/didn't want to have moved from my condo into the storage pod. They worked super quickly despite having to carry several heavy/bulky items down a windy flight of stairs and packed my items so well in the storage unit that I was able to fit way more than I originally anticipated. It was my first time hiring movers and I was very impressed!

Crew was great. Got everything up to the 6th floor with elevator. Would have given 5 stars if tools were brought to set up 1 simple bed frame. All in all great service.
