Crew showed up on time and got right to work. Work was completed on time. I would use them again.

We hired a crew of four workers to load two 26' Penske trucks. We mentioned from the beginning that this was a big job. We hired them for four hours and we were happy to see that they had the job completed in that time. They were easy to communicate with and arrived early. The team had great morale and you could tell they enjoyed their job. The only reason for the 4-star review is that there was some sloppiness on the loading of the last half of the second truck. Some items such as a glass desk on top that didn't appear to be secure enough for a cross-country move. As soon as they left, my husband lifted some blankets and there was a glass top file cabinet at the bottom of a pile with 5 blankets just thrown on top of it. It was destroyed. We don't know if they broke it and tried to hide it -vs- sloppy loading with chairs and swingset equipment on top of a fragile glass top file cabinet. The trucks hadn't left our driveway yet, so we know that it wasn't due to the travel. However, after some additional securing to the few items mentioned above, the rest of our items made it to our destination intact.

We were very lucky to have a great team unloading us. They were on time and they all showed up and were ready to work. There were three strong men and they did an amazing job. We unloaded during lightening and flash flood conditions and they were flexible enough to adapt to the situation. While the storm was wailing, they carried items from the garage to their destination. When the storm let up, they unloaded from the trucks to the garage. Even before they showed up, their team lead was in constant contact with us to make sure that our needs were met. They were professional and very hard-working. They completely unloaded two 26-ft Penske trucks in 3.5 hours. Great job....I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
