The Immediate Movers team that helped us went above and beyond to help us move on one of the coldest days of the year. Like a lot people we underestimated the amount of items we had but the team worked diligently to work with the space in a timely effective manor. We are building so had to temporarily move into a storage unit and will be using them again and telling everyone we know about them. They took extra care where needed to ensure they treated all items with extra care with every piece. Andrew the manager checked in often to make sure all was going smoothly and worked with us seamlessly when we had to change the schedule at the last minute do to weather. They made this hard move from one state to another a lot easier!

Great company! From the first phone call from Aaron to Gene and Kylan who helped me move, the whole experience was just great! It was a very hot day, and they still didn't let the heat influence their work. They knew how to load a truck, which items to take first, how to load them to make the space efficient, etc...The job even ran extra 1.5 hours, and they didn't say anything, just kept moving. They were a few minutes late, but they gave me a courtesy call to let me know. It truly is a fantastic company! My only minor complaint is that I was under the impression that the company would not provide a moving truck, so prior to starting the job, I had rented a moving truck. When the movers arrived, they arrived in a moving truck. So I wasted money on renting a truck when I didn't need to. But that small issue is not big enough to give my experience any less than 5 stars. Just be sure to ask if you need to rent a truck or not. Hireahelper.com says you do, but ask them when you get the initial phone call.

I would recommend Erhard Moving to anyone who would consider using helpers to move. The helpers I received were courtious and careful with my belongings. The manager was always in contact and was very understanding that I needed to wait until I knew when I could obtain my moving truck. I have to admit that I was leary of the choice I had made. Fortunately and it was quite refreshing to find a group of people who take pride in the work they do. Evenn if it is grouling and hot. They always had smiles and manners.
