The team was one hour late. They worked hard enough and the load traveled well. However, because they were late, I was not inclined to give them a tip (although one of them seemed to hint about a tip to one of us). They only took three hours to load and I paid for four hours. They said they were going to another job when they finished ours, so I suspect they accelerated their work with us to keep them on schedule for their next job. I would have preferred that they offer a refund of that extra hour rather than just give us a five percent tardiness credit.

These guys were great! Very nice young men, worked diligently until the entire trailer was empty, even though they went over the allotted time, we are so thankful they stayed to finish. They stayed in communication with us the entire time for placement of our furniture and did their best to help us move other items that were left in our home by previous owners. They even removed a door and put it back so they could get my freezer down to the basement for me. Truly went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend this company, they deserve the 5 star rating. Thanks again guys!

However, when bringing my dryer upstairs from the basement. They lost their grip on the dryer I heard it slid down a few stairs. Not sure how many. I heard the noise and asked them were they alright. I did not get the chance to check to see if the dryer was okay and working. Yes, they did work hard,they were prepared for the job and was on time.

They were on time, very respectful, worked hard and smart, and I wish they were available on the unloading end.
